Abstract

ABSTRAK Regita Saputry Pengaruh Kepribadian(Big5-Personality) dan Motivasi terhadap Perilaku Bijak Tentang Lingkungan (Citizenship Behavior Toward Environment) Studi Kausal pada Anggota BUMDes Kabupaten Gunung Kidul Dibawah bimbingan Prof. Dr. I Made Putrawan dan Dr. Achmad Husen, M.Pd. Karena masalah lingkungan tidak dapat diselesaikan dengan mudah, interaksi manusia dengan alam menarik untuk dikaji. Artinya berbicara tentang perilaku manusia yang erat kaitannya dengan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kepribadian dan motivasi mempengaruhi perilaku tersebut. Oleh karena itu, digunakan survei kausal dengan memilih 89 pegawai BUMDes di Indonesia. Ada tiga instrumen yang dikembangkan yang mengukur karyawan CB terhadap lingkungan (CB, rel. adalah 0,79), kepribadian 5 besar (Per., rel. = 0,84), dan motivasi (Mot, rel.= 0,77). Data dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa per. dan banyak. secara langsung dan signifikan mempengaruhi CB karyawan, apalagi, mot. telah ditemukan menjadi mediator yang baik antara per. dengan CB karyawan. Efek tidak langsungnya ternyata signifikan juga. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa jika CB karyawan direncanakan untuk diminimalkan variasinya, baik kepribadian maupun motivasi perlu dipertimbangkan. Artinya, dalam mengembangkan suatu kebijakan, khususnya dalam perekrutan pegawai baru, faktor-faktor tersebut secara logika tidak boleh diabaikan. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Bijak terhadap Lingkungan, Kepribadian Big-5 Personality, Path Analysis ******** ABSTRACT Regita Saputry Mediated Role of Motivasi in Affecting Employees' CB toward the Environment based on their Big-5 Personality Under supervised by Prof. Dr. I Made Putrawan and Dr. Achmad Husen, M.Pd. ******** As environmental problems could not be easily solved, human interaction with nature is interesting to be studied. It meant that it talks about human behavior which is closely related to the environment. That was why the purpose of this research was aimed at finding out whether personality and motivasi affected that behavior. Therefore, a causal survey was used by selecting 89 employees of village-owned enterprises in Indonesia. There were three instruments developed which measured CB employees toward the environment (CB, rel. was 0.79), big-5 personality (Per., rel. = 0.84), and motivasi (Mot, rel.= 0.77). Data were analyzed by path analysis. The research results revealed that per. and mot. directly and significantly affected employees' CB, moreover, mot. has been found to be a good mediator between per. with employees' CB. Its indirect effect was found to be significant as well. Based on these findings, it could be concluded that if employess' CB planned to be minimized its variation, both personality and motivasi need to be considered. This will imply that in developing a policy, especially in recruiting new employees, those factors should be not logically neglected.
