Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh psychological capital terhadap student engagement mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel convenience sampling dengan melibatkan 290 mahasiswa/i jenjang S1 di Jabodetabek. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis regresi pada data penelitian, ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif (F = 3,710) dan signifikan (0,000 < 0,05) psychological capital terhadap student engagement mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran daring. Hal ini berarti apabila terjadi kenaikan pada psychological capital mahasiswa, maka akan diikuti dengan kenaikan pada student engagement mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran daring. Pengaruh yang diberikan psychological capital terhadap student engagement diketahui sebesar 42,4%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. This study aims to determine the effect of psychological capital on student engagement in online learning. This study uses a quantitative approach with a convenience sampling sampling technique involving 290 undergraduate students in Jabodetabek. Based on the results of the regression analysis on the research data, it was found that there was a positive (F = 3,710) and significant (0,000 < 0,05) psychological capital on student engagement in online learning. This means that if there is an increase in the psychological capital of students, it will be followed by an increase in student engagement in online learning. The influence given by psychological capital to student engagement is known to be 42,4%, while the rest is influenced by other factors.
