Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1). Hubungan antara goal setting dengan motor educability pada atlet embu 2) Hubungan antara self efficacy dengan motor educability pada atlet embu 3) Hubungan antara goal setting dan self efficacy dengan motor educability pada atlet embu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2022 sampai dengan Juli 2022. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2022 untuk atlet embu dojo Punduh Pedada kabupaten Pesawaran Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet embu dojo Punduh Pedada yang berjumlah 23 orang. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik jenuh. Dengan demikian, sampel yang digunakan adalah 23 atlet embu dari dojo Punduh Pedada. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1). Kuisioner Goal setting dan Self efficacy. 2). IOWA Brace Test Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara goal setting dengan motor educability pada atlet embu. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil thitung = 4,311 > ttabel = 2,085 2). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Self efficacy dengan Motor educability pada atlet embu. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil thitung = 3,557 > ttabel = 2,085. 3). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Goal setting dan Self efficacy dengan Motor educability pada atlet embu. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil Fhitung = 3,602 > Ftabel = 3,49. Kontribusi Goal setting (X1) dan Self efficacy (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap Motor educability, dan didapat nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,738 yang artinya variabel X1 dan X2 ke Y memberikan pengaruh sebesar 73,8%. **** This study aims to determine: 1). Relationship of goal setting to motor educability of embu athletes 2) Relationship of self efficacy with motor educability of embu athletes 3) Relationship of goal setting and goal setting to motor educability of embu athletes. This research was carried out from March 2022 to July 2021. Data collection was carried out in June 2021 for the embu dojo athlete Punduh Pedada, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung. The population in this study was the athlete of the embu dojo Punduh Pedada who opened 23 people. The sampling technique using the saturated technique. Thus, the sample used was 23 embu athletes from the Punduh Pedada dojo. The research instruments used in this study were: 1) To determine the goal setting of embu athletes, 2) to determine the level of Self efficacy of embu athletes, and 3) to measure motor educability of embu athletes. The results showed that: 1). There is a relationship between goal setting and motor educability of embu athletes. This can be seen from the results of tcount = 4.311 > ttable = 2.085 2) There is a relationship between Self efficacy and Motor educability of embu athletes. This can be seen from the results of tcount = 3.557 > ttable = 2.085. 3). There is a relationship between Goal setting and Self efficacy with Motor educability of embu athletes. This can be seen from the results of Fcount = 3.602 > Ftable = 3.49. The contribution of Goal setting (X1) and Self efficacy (X2) together on Motor educability, and obtained a termination coefficient value of 0.738, which means that the variables X1 and X2 to Y have an effect of 73.8%.
