Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran masih belum optimal sehingga proses belajar mengajar masih menggunakan verbalisme atau hafalan. Hal ini menyebabkan peserta didik kurang tertarik dalam belajar, Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk yang berupa media komik edukasi berbasis Powerpoint pada materi sumber daya alam dalam pembelajaran IPS Tema 9 “Kayanya Negeriku” di kelas IV SD. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas IV SDS Bina Pusaka sebanyak 10 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (RnD) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap yaitu Analyze, Design,Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Produk ini telah dilakukan uji validasi oleh tiga orang validasi ahli yaitu ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa. Media komik edukasi berbasis Powerpoint mendapatkan hasil sangat baik. Kemudian dilakukan juga uji coba one to one dan small group, pada uji one to one kepada siswa kelas IV SD diperoleh hasil dengan kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk media komik edukasi Berbasis Powerpoint materi sumber daya alam kelas IV SD merupakan produk yang valid dan termasuk kategori sangat baik sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada pembelajaran IPS kelas IV SD khususnya materi sumber daya alam. ******************** The use of learning media is still not optimal so that the teaching and learning process still uses verbalism or memorization. This causes students to be less interested in learning. This research and development aims to develop products in the form of Powerpoint-based educational media on natural resource materials in social studies learning Theme 9 "Kayanya Negeriku" in grade IV SD. The sample in this study was the fourth grade students of SDS Bina Pusaka as many as 10 people. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method with the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. This product has been tested for validation by three validation people, namely material experts, media experts, and linguists. Powerpointbased educational comic media get very good results. Then, one to one and small group trials were also carried out, in the one to one test to fourth grade elementary school students, the results were in a very good category. Thus, it can be said that the Powerpoint-based educational comic media product for grade IV SD natural resource material is a valid product and is included in the very good category so that it can be used as a learning medium in social studies learning for grade IV SD, especially natural resource materials.
