Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tingkat Kepercayaan (Trust) Siswa Terhadap Konselor di SMP Islam Al Azhar 12 Rawamangun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 86 siswa yang terbagi di kelas VIII dan IX dari total responden 281 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket (Trust) siswa terhadap konselor yang disebar melalui Google Form. Temuan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Kecenderungan Trust siswa terhadap konselor di SMP Islam Al Azhar ini adalah tinggi dengan persentase total sebesar 57%; (2) Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, responden perempuan memiliki tingkat kepercayaan tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 54% dari jumlah keseluruhan responden perempuan. Sedangkan responden laki-laki cenderung memiliki kepercayaan yang sedang dengan persentase responden sebesar 62% dari jumlah keseluruhan responden laki-laki. Responden dengan sikap positif dinilai mampu memunculkan aspek kepercayaan, keterbukaan, empati, serta sikap supportif kepada konselor. Untuk itu, konselor diharapkan memiliki sikap yang terbuka untuk membuat konseli merasa percaya terhadap konselor. ***** This study aims to determine the level of student trust towards counselors at Al Azhar Islamic Junior High School 12 Rawamangun. This research is a quantitative research with survey method. The sample in this study was 86 students divided into class VIII and IX from a total of 281 students. Collecting data using a questionnaire instrument (Trust) of students to counselors distributed through Google Form. The findings of this study are: (1) The tendency of students' trust towards counselors at SMP Islam Al Azhar is high with a total percentage of 57%; (2) Based on gender, female respondents have a high level of confidence with a percentage of 54% of the total number of female respondents. Meanwhile, male respondents tend to have moderate confidence with the percentage of respondents being 62% of the total number of male respondents. Respondents with a positive attitude were judged to be able to bring up aspects of trust, openness, empathy, and a supportive attitude to the counselor. For this reason, the counselor is expected to have an open attitude to make the counselee feel trust in the counselor.
