Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran film pendek mengenai teknik konseling kursi kosong untuk mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling. Jumlah populasi penelitian sebanyak 20 mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling yang telah lulus mata kuliah praktikum konseling individu II dengan proses perkuliahan secara daring. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan peneliti adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan pengambilan secara purposive sampling, yaitu penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu.Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan metode Research and Development (RnD) menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate) dengan tahapan yang dilakukan adalah analisis, desain, dan pengembangan. Alat pengumpul data berupa angket dan wawancara. Penilaian media dilakukan oleh validator yang terdiri dari ahli media dan ahli konten. Berdasarkan data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hasil evaluasi formatif yang dilakukan oleh ahli media 90% dan penilaian ahli konten 90%. Hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran film pendek teknik konseling kursi kosong secara keseluruhan dikategorikan penelitian yang sangat baik. **** This study aims to produce a short film learning media on empty chair counseling techniques for guidance and counseling students. The research population was 20 guidance and counseling collegue students who had passed the individual counseling course II with online learning process. The sampling used by the researcher is a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling, which determines the sample with some considerations. The research method used is the Research and Development (RnD) method using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) with the stages carried out are analysis, design, and development. Data collection tools using questionnaires and interviews. The media assessment is carried out by a validator consisting of media experts and content experts. Based on these data showing that the results of the formative evaluation carried by 90% media experts and 90% content experts. The results of the development of short film instructional media on empty chair counseling techniques are categorized as very good research.
