Abstract
Tujuan Penelitian adalah menghasilkan model, menganalisis kelayakan model, menganalisis efektivitas model pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi pengawas madrasah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan R&D model Dick Carey and Carey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Model Pelatihan Peningkatan Kompetensi Pengawas Madrasah (P2KPM) terdiri atas beberapa komponen yaitu strategi model, sistem social pelatihan. Langkah implementasi model menggunakan sintaks ICARE. Hasil analisis kelayakan model menunjukkan bahwa Model P2KPM dinyatakan sangat layak, hal ini ini melalui validasi ahli, uji satu-satu (One to One Evaluation), uji kelompok kecil (Small Group Evaluation), uji coba lapangan yang sekaligus implementasi model final (Field Evaluation). Model pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi pengawas madrasah dinyatakan sangat efektif, baik dilihat dari keberartian perbedaan nilai antara pretest dan posttest. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan kompetensi supervisi manajerial adalah thitung > ttabel = 6,511 > 1,694; signifikansi < α 0,05 = 0,0003 < 0,005; dan kompetensi pengembangan profesi adalah thitung > ttabel = 3,164 > 1,694; signifikansi < α 0,05 = 0,0002 < 0,005. Kemudian efektivitas juga dilihat dari hasil pengamatan aktivitas trainer, aktivitas peserta, respon trainer, respon peserta dan hasil pengamatan keterlaksanaan model peningkatan kompetensi pengawas madrasah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka disarankan kepada Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia agar menggunakan Model P2KPM dan modul pelatihan ini dalam rangka peningkatan kompetensi pengawas madrasah. Kata Kunci: pengembangan model, pengawas madrasah, kompetensi, efektif. The research aimed at developing model, analyzing eligibility and effectivity of the model of training for competency improvement of madrasah supervisor in South Sulawesi. The research methodology is based on R & D approach advocated by Dick Carey and Carey. The result indicates that the training model for competency improvement of madrasah supervisor (P2KPM) consist of strategic model and a social system of training. The steps in implementing the model apply Syntax ICARE. The results from the aptness analysis show that P2KPM Model are proven to be highly pertinent through expert validation, One to One Evaluation, Small Group Evaluation, and through implementation of the final model = field Evaluation. The training model for competency improvement of madrasah supervisor are very effective referring the significant discrepancy scores between pre and posttests. The t-test shows that the managerial supervision competency is thitung > ttabel = 6,511 > 1,694; its significance < α 0,05 = 0,0003 < 0,005; and the professional development competency is thitung > ttabel= 3,164 > 1,694; its significance < α0,05 = 0,0002 < 0,005. Effectivity of the model can also be perceived from the observation on trainer and participants’ activities, trainer and participants’ responses during the training, as well as the observations on the model of training management and delivery in improving the competency of madrasah supervisor. Based on the result of this research, the Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) is recommended to use Model P2KPM and the modules produced during the research to improve the competency of madrasah supervisor.
