Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberlangsungan metromini T45 setelah adanya overlapping atau tumpang tindih trayek dengan transjakarta 4F pada trayek Pulogadung – Pondok Gede. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui aktivitas angkutan umum metromini T45 di terminal Pulogadung sampai Pondok Gede. Wawancara dilakukan untuk mengetahui keberlangsungan metromini T45 setelah adanya tumpang tindih trayek dengan Transjakarta 4F. Pihak – pihak yang diwawancara yaitu pemilik armada metromini T45, Kepala PT. Metromini, sopir metromini T45, Staf Bagian Angkutan Jalan Seksi Angkutan Orang Dalam Trayek Dinas Perhubungan DKI Jakarta, Pencatat Driving Order transjakarta 4F, pengguna layanan transportasi transjakata 4F dan metromini T45, dan Kepala Terminal Pulogadung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti, menunjukan bahwa keberlangsungan metromini T45 setelah adanya transjakarta 4F mengalami penurunan jumlah penumpang yaitu dari 250 sampai 300 penumpang menjadi 50 sampai 60 penumpang dalam sehari. Keberlangsungan metromini T45 juga mengalami penyesuaian waktu kerja yaitu dari beroperasi setiap hari dalam seminggu menjadi hanya 3 sampai 4 hari dalam seminggu. Pengoperasian transjakarta 4F membuat sopir metromini melakukan penyesuaian jam kerja agar pengoperasian lebih efektif, yaitu dengan mengoperasikan pada jam sibuk yaitu pada pagi hari jam 05.00 WIB sampai 08.00 WIB dan sore hari jam 17.00 WIB sampai 19.00 WIB. This research aims to determine the sustainability of Metromini T45 after the overlapping or overlap of the route with the 4F TransJakarta on the route Pulogadung – Pondok Gede. The method on this research is qualitative descriptfi. Data collection techniques are observations, interviews, and documentation. Observation is done to know the activity of public transport Metromini T45 in terminal Pulogadung to Pondok Gede. The interview was conducted to determine the sustainability of Metromini T45 after the overlap of the route with Transjakarta 4F. The parties interviewed were the owners of the fleet Metromini T45, the head of PT. Metromini, Driver Metromini T45, the staff section of the Transportation Department of Transport People in the route of Jakarta Transportation Office, Registrar of Driving Order TransJakarta 4F, service users Transportation Transjakata 4F and Metromini T45, and head of Terminal Pulogadung. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, showed that the sustainability of Metromini T45 after 4F TransJakarta has decreased the number of passengers from 250 to 300 passengers to 50 to 60 passengers in Day. Metromini Sustainability T45 also undergo a working time adjustment from operating every day of the week to only 3 to 4 days a week. 4F TransJakarta operations make Metromini driver to adjust working hours for more effective operation, which is to operate during peak hours in the morning at 05.00 WIB to 08.00 WIB and afternoon at 17.00 WIB to 19.00 WIB.
