Abstract

Adhietya Febryan Herlambang, Hubungan Intensitas Penggunaan Media Sosial dengan Civic Disposition (Studi Kuantitatif pada Kelas XI SMAN 1 Depok). Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2023.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial terhadap civic disposition siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode studi korelasi. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas XISMA Negeri 1 Depok tahun ajaran 2021/2022 sebanyak 397 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling sebanyak 199 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data variabel Intensitas Penggunaan Media Sosial dan variabel Civic Disposition menggunakan angket melalui google formulir dan angket cetak. Uji prasyarat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi pearson atau Product Moment Pearson. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan diketahui hail penelitian ini yaitu tidak terdapat hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial dengan civic disposition siswa SMA Negeri 1 Depok tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Terbukti dengan hasil Sig. > alpha (0,661 > 0,05) maka Ho diterima yang artinya tidak terdapat hubungan. Besar kontribusi variabel intensitas penggunaan media sosial terhadap civic disposition siswa hanya 0,1%. Berdasarkan keterangan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan intensitas penggunaan media sosial terhadap civic disposition siswa SMA Negeri 1 Depok. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was a relationship between the intensity of the use of social media on students' civic disposition. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlation study method. The population is all XIth-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Depok for the academic year 2021/2022 as many as 397 people. The research sample was taken by proportional random sampling technique by as many as 199 people. The technique of collecting data for the variable Intensity of Social Media Use and the variable Civic Disposition was using a questionnaire through google forms and a printed questionnaire. The analysis prerequisite test in this study used the normality test and the linearity test. The data analysis technique used in this research is Pearson correlation or Pearson Product Moment.Based on the hypothesis test that has been carried out, it is known that the results of this study are no relationship between the intensity of the use of social media on the civic disposition of the students of SMA Negeri 1 Depok in the academic year 2021/2022. It is proven by the results of Sig. > alpha (0.661 > 0.05) then Ho is accepted which means the re is no relationship. The contribution of the variable intensity of social media use to students' civic disposition is only 0.1%. Based on the information above, it can be concluded that there is no relationship intensity of the use of social media on the civic disposition of the students of SMA Negeri 1 Depok.
