Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Locus of Control dan Norma Subjektif Terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha Melalui Sikap Berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa FE UNJ. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan menyebarkan angket atau kuesioner. Populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang sudah mengambil mata kuliah kewirausahaan yang berjumlah 1040 berdasarkan data yang peneliti dapatkan dari staf administrasi Fakultas Ekonomi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 281 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Locus of Control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Lalu, Norma Subjektif memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Locus of Control memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha. Norma Subjektif memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara locus of control terhadap intensi berwirausaha melalui sikap berwirausaha. Sikap Berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara norma subjektif terhadap intensi berwirausaha melalui sikap berwirausaha mahasiswa. Kata kunci: Locus of Control, Norma Subjektif, Intensi Berwirausaha, Sikap Berwirausaha This study aims to determine the effect of Locus of Control and Subjective Norms on Entrepreneurial Intentions Through Entrepreneurial Attitudes in FE UNJ Students. The data collection technique is a survey method by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The reachable population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, who had taken entrepreneurship courses totalling 1040 based on the data the researchers obtained from the administrative staff of the Faculty of Economics. The sample used was 281 students using a proportional random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that Locus of Control has a positive and significant effect on student entrepreneurial intentions. Then, Subjective Norms have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Locus of Control has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial attitudes. Subjective Norms have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial attitudes. There is an indirect effect between locus of control on entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurial attitudes. Entrepreneurial attitude has a positive and significant effect on student entrepreneurial intentions. There is an indirect effect between subjective norms on entrepreneurial intentions through student entrepreneurial attitudes.
