Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui transformasi wilayah di Kecamatan Kosambi, Kabupaten Tangerang periode tahun 2011-2022 serta kesesuainya dengan aturan zonasi yang berlaku. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif komparatif dengan membandingkan tiap variabel data tahun 2011 dan 2022. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2022 sampai Desember 2022 di Kecamatan Kosambi, Kabupaten Tangerang, Provinsi Banten. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wilayah di Kecamatan Kosambi dengan menggunakan batas administrasi desa sebagai pendekatan unit analisis datanya. Data primer yang digunakan adalah data citra rekaman visible light geoeye-1 yang di dapat dari Google Earth Imagery Basemap multitemporal periode tahun 2011 dan 2022 serta hasil survei Lapangan, sedangkan data sekundernya adalah data BPS dan PODES Kecamatan Kosambi serta data pendukung lainnya. Analisis transformasi wilayah diukur berdasarkan indikator spasial dan sosial-demografi. Variabel spasial yang digunakan 1) penggunaan lahan (landuse); 2) tingkat kerapatan vegetasi; dan 3)areal lahan terbangun (built up area). Sedangkan variabel sosial-demografi yang digunakan 1)kepadatan penduduk; 2) rumah tangga pertanian; dan 3)kesediaan fasilitas dasar. Pengolahan dan analisis datanya menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Disimpulkan bahwa transformasi karakteritik wilayah yang terjadi pada periode 2011-2022 di Kecamatan Kosambi paling signifikan terjadi di Desa Kosambi Barat, Kosambi Timur dan Salembaran Jaya karena adanya arah perubahan penggunaan lahan yang disebabkan banyaknya konversi lahan pertanian dan tambak menjadi lahan konstruksi dan kawasan industri. IN ENGLISH : This study aims to determine the transformation of the area in Kosambi District, Tan-gerang Regency for the period 2011-2022 and its compliance with the applicable zon-ing regulations. The research method used is descriptive comparative by comparing each data variable for 2011 and 2022. This research was conducted from October 2022 to December 2022 in Kosambi District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. The population in this study is all areas in Kosambi District using village administra-tive boundaries as the unit of data analysis approach. The primary data used is visible light geoeye-1 recorded image data obtained from the multitemporal Google Earth Imagery Basemap for the 2011 and 2022 periods as well as field survey results, while the secondary data is BPS and PODES data for Kosambi District and other support-ing data. Regional transformation analysis is measured based on spatial and socio-demographic indicators. Spatial variables used 1) land use (landuse); 2) level of vege-tation density; and 3) built up area. While the socio-demographic variables used are 1) population density; 2) agricultural households; and 3) availability of basic facilities. Processing and analysis of data using Geographic Information System (GIS). It was concluded that the transformation of regional characteristics that occurred in the 2011-2022 period in Kosambi District was most significant in the villages of West Kosambi, East Kosambi and Salembaran Jaya due to the direction of change in land use due to the large number of conversions of agricultural land and ponds into con-struction land and industrial areas.
