Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan sarana prasarana RPTRA Citra Bangsa serta pemeliharan dan perawatan bangunan yang dibutuhkan pada sarana prasarana yang mengalami masalah atau kerusakan agar layak dimanfaatkan pengunjung dan sesuai acuan Peraturan Gubernur DKI Jakarta No. 123 Tahun 2017. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 11 orang yang merupakan Pengurus RPTRA Tingkat Kelurahan dan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode dalam penelitian ini dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis data menggunakan skala persentase. Hasil observasi mengenai kondisi dan kelengkapan sarana prasarana diperkuat dengan dokumentasi berupa foto kondisi RPTRA Citra Bangsa. Sedangkan penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengetahui pengelolaan sarana prasarana RPTRA Citra Bangsa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi dan kelengkapan sarana prasarana RPTRA Citra Bangsa cukup rendah dapat dilihat dari hasil observasi yaitu (1) Kondisi Prasarana Indoor menunjukan hasil sebesar 77,78%. (2) Kondisi Prasarana Outdoor menunjukkan hasil sebesar 66,67%. (3) Kelengkapan Sarana Indoor menunjukkan hasil sebesar 75,80% (4) Kelengkapan Sarana Outdoor menunjukkan hasil sebesar 57,58%. Untuk pengelolaan sarana prasarana RPTRA Citra Bangsa cukup tinggi dapat dilihat dari hasil kuesioner yaitu (1) Perencanaan Pengelolaan Sarana dan Prasarana sebesar 90,55%. (2) Pelaksanaan Pengelolaan Sarana Prasarana sebesar 80,33%. (3) Pengendalian dan Pengawasan Pengelolaan Sarana prasarana sebesar 91,95%. (4) Ketetapan Kegiatan Pengelolaan Sarana Prasarana sebesar 83,38%. Perbandingan antara hasil observasi dengan hasil kuesioner cukup signifikan, hal ini dikarenakan beberapa alasan yaitu pengesahan RPTRA Citra Bangsa dilakukan terlebih dahulu dibandingkan pemberlakuan Peraturan Gubernur DKI Jakarta No. 123 Tahun 2017, Pengurus RPTRA Tingkat Kelurahan yang memiliki hal lain yang lebih diprioritaskan dibanding renovasi kerusakan RPTRA sehingga renovasi RPTRA yang cukup berat ditindak lanjuti dalam kurun waktu yang cukup lama. ***** This study aims to analyze the management of RPTRA Citra Bangsa’s infrastructure and facilities also the maintenance and upkeep of buildings needed for facilities that experience problems or damage so that they are suitable for use by visitors and according to the DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 123 of 2017. The population in this study amounted to 11 people who were RPTRA administrators at the Urban Village level and used a saturated sample. The method in this study is a descriptive quantitative method with data analysis using a percentage scale. The results of observations regarding the condition and completeness of infrastructure facilities were strengthened by documentation in the form of photos of the condition of the Citra Bangsa RPTRA. While distributing questionnaires to find out the management of RPTRA Citra Bangsa infrastructure facilities. The results of this study indicate that the condition and completeness of the facilities and infrastructure of RPTRA Citra Bangsa can be seen from the observation results, namely (1) The condition of indoor infrastructure shows a result of 77, 78%. (2) Outdoor Infrastructure Conditions showed a yield of 66,67%. (3) Completeness of Indoor Facilities shows a result of 75,80% (4) Completeness of Outdoor Facilities shows a result of 57,58%. For the management of RPTRACitra Bangsa infrastructure facilities, it can be seen from the results of the questionnaire, namely (1) Facilities and Infrastructure Management Planning of 90,55%. (2) Implementation of Infrastructure Management of 80,33%. (3) Control and Supervision of Facilities and Infrastructure Management of 91,96%. (4) Stipulation of Infrastructure Management Activities of 83,38%. The comparison between the observation results and the questionnaire results is quite significant, this is due to several reasons the ratification of the Citra Bangsa RPTRA was carried out before the enactment of DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 123 of 2017, RPTRA administrators at the Urban Village level have other things that are prioritized over repairing RPTRA damage so that the end of RPTRA which is quite heavy is followed up in quite a long period.
