Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan dapat menganalisis fasilitas taman kota berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No. 05/PRT/M/2008 dengan kondisi ril fasilitas ditempat penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Dan penelitian ini diperkuat dengan adanya hasil survey eksisting berupa data foto udara, denah dan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner untuk mengetahui persepsi dari masyarakat terkait Taman Maju Bersama ini. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan fasilitas yang sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No.05/PRT/M/2008 keberadaannya atau ketersediaanya tetap harus diperbaiki jika mengalami kerusakan dan ditambahkan jika belum tersedia di taman ini. Kebutuhan RTH publik pada kelurahan ini juga berdasarkan jumlah penduduk adalah sebesar 1.114.000 m^2 dan didukung dengan persepsi masyarakat mengenai fasilitas dan pemanfaatan taman kota ini saat berkunjung ke Taman Pondok Kelapa ini. ***** This study aims to be able to analyze city park facilities based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 05 / PRT / M / 2008 with the ril condition of the facilities at the place of research. This study used quantitative descriptive. And this research is strengthened by the results of existing surveys in the form of aerial photo data, floor plans and distributing questionnaires to find out the perceptions of the community regarding this Taman Maju Bersama. The results of the analysis of this study show that facilities that are in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No.05 / PRT / M / 2008 their existence or availability must still be repaired if they are damaged and added if they are not yet available in this park. The need for public RTH in this village is also based on the number of residents is as large as 1.114.000 m^2 and supported by public perceptions about the facilities and use of this city park when visiting Taman Pondok Kelapa.
