Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan model dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasional dan Budaya Organisasai terhadap Tata Kelola dan Kinerja Dosen pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif, atau penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dan teknik analisis menggunakan SEM dengan software Lisrel 8.80. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen-dosen yang berada di Universitas Bina Bangsa, Universitas Banten Jaya dan Universitas Serang Raya, sebanyak 211 dosen berpartisipasi sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepemimpinan Transformasional tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap Kinerja Dosen, (2) Komitmen Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap Kinerja Dosen. (3) Budaya Organisasi tak memiliki pengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap Kinerja Dosen, (4) Tata Kelola mempunyai pengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap Kinerja Dosen, (5) Kepemimpinan Transformasional mempunyai pengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap Tata Kelola, (6) Komitmen Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap Tata Kelola, (7) Budaya Organisasi tak mempunyai pengaruh positif secara langsung terhadap Tata Kelola, (8) Kepemimpinan Transformasional mempunyai pengaruh positif secara tak langsung terhadap Kinerja Dosen melalui Tata Kelola, (9) Komitmen Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif secara tak langsung terhadap Kinerja Dosen melalui Tata Kelola, dan (10) Budaya Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif secara tak langsung terhadap Kinerja Dosen Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Serang Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Dosen PTS. Komitmen Organisasi , Kepemimpinan Transformasional, dan Tata Kelola ABSTRACT This study aims to formulate a model and analyze the direct influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on Governance and Lecturer Performance at Private Universities in Serang City. This study uses an associative quantitative approach, or research that aims to determine the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. Data collection used a survey method, and analysis techniques used SEM with Lisrel 8.80 software. The population in this study were lecturers at Bina Bangsa University, Banten Jaya University and Serang Raya University, as many as 211 lecturers participated as respondents in this study. The results of the study show that (1) Transformational Leadership does not have a direct positive effect on Lecturer Performance, (2) Organizational Commitment has a direct positive influence on Lecturer Performance. (3) Organizational Culture does not have a direct positive influence on Lecturer Performance, (4) Governance has a direct positive influence on Lecturer Performance, (5) Transformational Leadership has a direct positive influence on Governance, (6) Organizational Commitment has a direct positive effect directly positive effect on Governance, (7) Organizational Culture does not have a direct positive effect on Governance, (8) Transformational Leadership has an indirect positive influence on Lecturer Performance through Governance, (9) Organizational Commitment has an indirect positive influence directly on Lecturer Performance through Governance, and (10) Organizational Culture has an indirect positive influence on Lecturer Performance at Private Higher Education in Serang City Keywords: Organizational Culture, PTS Lecturer Performance.
