Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan Organizational citizenship Behavior (OCB) guru DKI Jakarta. Novelty penelitian ini adalah model yang dibangun untuk meningkatkan OCB melalui kepemimpinan transformational, budaya sekolah dan komitmen organisasional terhadap OCB. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif regresional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK DKI Jakarta berjumlah 1846 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling dengan α 5 % dan jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin sebanyak 328 orang. Adapun sekolah yang dijadikan tempat penelitian berjumlah 15 sekolah dari 5 wilayah di DKI Jakarta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan diawali dengan analisis deskriptif, untuk menggambarkan karakteristik masing-masing variabel penelitian. Kemudian menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Software Amos versi 22. Temuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformational (X1) terhadap komitmen organisasional (X3) sebesar 0.450. 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung signifikan budaya sekolah (X2) terhadap komitmen organisasional (X3) sebesar 0.279. 3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung signifikan kepemimpinan transformational (X1) terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB/Y) sebesar 0.485. 4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung signifikan budaya sekolah (X2) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB/Y) sebesar 0.371. 5) Terdapat pengaruh langsung signifikan komitmen organisasional (X3) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)(Y) sebesar 0.470. 6) Terdapat pengaruh langsung signifikan kepemimpinan transformational (X1) terhadap budaya sekolah (X2) sebesar 0.130. 7) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)(Y) yang dimediasi komitmen organisasional (X3) sebesar 0.212. 8) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung signifikan budaya sekolah (X2) terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)(Y) yang dimediasi komitmen organisasional sebesar 0.131. This research method is descriptive regression using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 1846 DKI Jakarta Vocational School teachers. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling with α 5% and the number of samples based on the Slovin formula was 328 people. There were 15 schools that were used as research locations from 5 regions in DKI Jakarta. The data analysis technique used begins with descriptive analysis, to describe the characteristics of each research variable. Then using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Amos Software version 22. The findings of this study are: 1) There is a significant direct effect between transformational leadership (X1) on organizational commitment (X3) of 0.450. 2) There is a significant direct effect of school culture (X2) on organizational commitment (X3) of 0.279. 3) There is a significant direct effect of transformational leadership (X1) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB/Y) of 0.485. 4) There is a significant direct influence of school culture (X2) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB/Y) of 0.371. 5) There is a significant direct effect of organizational commitment (X3) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB/Y) of 0.470. 6) There is a significant direct effect of transformational leadership (X1) on school culture (X2) of 0.130. 7) There is an indirect effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB/Y) mediated by organizational commitment (X3) of 0.212. 8) There is a significant indirect effect of school culture (X2) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB/Y) mediated by organizational commitment of 0.131.
