Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan minat dan hasil belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran flipped classroom berbasis online. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK N 3 Jakarta tahun 2022 untuk kelas XII OTKP sebanyak 35 siswa. Data minat belajar diperoleh melalui angket dan observasi, sedangkan data hasil belajar diperoleh melalui tes hasil belajar pada setiap akhir tindakan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan hasil observasi penerapan model pembelajaran flipped classroom berbasis online mampu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran jarak jauh dari prosentase minat belajar pra siklus sebesar 39,14% meningkat pada siklus 1 menjadi 67,71%, dan pada siklus II menjadi 80,86%. Berdasarkan kuesioner penggunaan model pembelajaran flipped classroom mampu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran jarak jauh dari kategosi lemah pada pra tindakan menjadi kategori kuat pada siklus I dan siklus II. Bahwa model pembelajaran flipped classroom berbasis online mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan perkembangan ketuntasan (KKM) 42,86% pada pra tindakan, 68,57% pada Tindakan awal siklus I dan 85,71% tuntas pada siklus I. *** This classroom action research aims to describe students' interests and learning outcomes with an online-based flipped classroom learning model. This research was conducted at SMK N 3 Jakarta in 2022 for class XII OTKP as many as 35 students. Data on learning interest was obtained through questionnaires and observation, while data on learning outcomes was obtained through learning achievement tests at the end of each research action. The results showed that based on the results of observations of the application of the online-based flipped classroom learning model, it was able to increase student learning interest in distance learning from the percentage of pre-cycle learning interest of 39.14%, increasing in cycle 1 to 67.71%, and in cycle II to 80 .86%. Based on the questionnaire the use of the flipped classroom learning model was able to increase student learning interest in distance learning from a weak category in pre-action to a strong category in cycle I and cycle II. That the online-based flipped classroom learning model was able to improve student learning outcomes with 42.86% progress in pre-action, 68.57% in the first cycle of action and 85.71% complete in cycle I.
