Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pematuhan dan pelanggaran kesantunan berbahasa pada percakapan grup Whatsapp Jakpreneur Cilincing 2020. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan metode simak catat. Objek penelitian ini adalah percakapan anggota grup Whatsapp Jakpreneur Cilincing 2020. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Dari 312 tuturan yang dijadikan data penelitian, ditemukan 224 tuturan yang mematuhi prinsip kesantunan berbahasa. Pematuhan maksim kesantunan yang sering digunakan ialah pematuhan maksim kesepakatan sebanyak 61 tuturan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa anggota grup Whatsapp Jakpreneur Cilincing 2020 bertutur kata santun dengan memaksimalkan kesepakatan antara anggota, menggunakan kata yang melebih-lebihkan kesepakatan, dan penggunaan kesepakatan sebagian jika tidak sepenuhnya setuju. (2) Ditemukan 88 tuturan yang melanggar prinsip kesantunan berbahasa. Pelanggaran yang sering ditemukan adalah pelanggaran maksim kebijaksanaan sebanyak 31 tuturan. Hal tersebut menunjukkan para anggota yang memfokuskan keuntungan pada diri sendiri dengan memaksimalkan kerugian pada mitra tutur dengan penggunaan kata dan kalimat yang tidak santun. Selain itu, penutur juga tidak memberi pilihan kepada lawan tuturnya untuk melakukan sebuah tindakan. The research aims to know the obedience and violation of language politeness in the conversation of Whatsapp group Jakpreneur Cilincing 2020. Methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques observation and simak catat. The object of this study is the conversation in the Whatsapp group Jakpreneur Cilincing 2020. Based on the data analysis done, the results research as follows: (1) of the 312 languages used as research data, 224 speech was found that obedience to the principles of politeness language. The obedience of the agreement maxim of 61 speech is the obedience maxim with the most commonly used. This showed that the members of the group Whatsapp Jakpreneur Cilincing 2020 polite speech by maximizing agreements between members, used words that inflate an agreement, and used half of the agreement if it was not fully agreed. (2) 88 speeches have been found that violate the principles of politeness language. The violation of the tact maxim of 31 speech is the violation maxim with the most commonly used. It showed members who maximize their profit by minimizing their losses on the speech partner by using inappropriate words and sentences. In addition, the speaker gives the other person no choice but to act.
