Abstract

ABSTRAK ELVIRA RIZKY FITRIANA. 2023. Prinsip Kesantunan dalam Komentar Akun Instagram Lutfi Agizal. Skripsi. Program Studi Sastra Indonesia, Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu menganalisis tuturan yang mematuhi dan tidak mematuhi prinsip kesantunan bahasa yang dilakukan warganet dalam kolom komentar akun instagram Lutfi Agizal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teori prinsip kesantunan pada penelitian ini mengacu pada teori yang disampaikan oleh Leech. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu komentar dalam akun Instagram Lutfi Agizal dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik simak dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan 280 data yang terdiri 89 data yang mematuhi prinsip kesantunan dan 191 data yang tidak mematuhi prinsip kesantunan. Data mematuhi didominasi oleh maksim kebijaksanaan yaitu sebanyak 46 data dan paling sedikit ditemukan pada maksim simpati sebanyak 5 data. Sedangkan data yang tidak mematuhi didominasi oleh maksim kerendahan hati sebanyak 61 data dan data yang paling sedikit yaitu maksim simpati karena tidak ditemukan tuturan yang tidak mematuhi prinsip kesantunan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, simulan penelitian ini yaitu diharapkan jika bertutur di media sosial dapat mengurangi cacian agar bersikap rendah hati kepada orang lain atau tidak memikirkan dirinya sendiri agar tuturan mematuhi prinsip kesantunan dalam berkomunikasi di media sosial. Indonesian Literature Study Program, Faculty of Languages and Arts, Jakarta State University. This study has the goal of analyzing speech that complies with and does not comply with the politeness principles of language by netizens in the comments column of Lutfi Agizal's Instagram account. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The theory of politeness principles in this study refers to the theory presented by Leech. The data source for this research is comments on Lutfi Agizal's Instagram account using data collection techniques, namely listening techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this study found 280 data consisting of 89 data that adhered to the politeness principle and 191 data that did not comply with the politeness principle. The data obey is dominated by the maxim of wisdom, which is 46 data and at least 5 data are found in the maxim of sympathy. While the data that does not comply with the maxim of modesty is dominated by 61 data and the least data is the maxim of sympathy because there are no utterances that do not comply with the principle of politeness. Based on the results of the analysis, the conclusion of this study is that it is hoped that speaking on social media can reduce insults so that they are humble to others or don't think about themselves so that speech adheres to the principle of politeness in communicating on social media.
