Abstract
ABSTRAK ANGELINA APRILIA. Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek dengan Media Video Podcast terhadap Kemampuan Menulis Teks Laporan Hasil Observasi pada Siswa Kelas 7 SMPN 4 Jakarta. Skripsi. Agustus. 2022 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan media video podcast terhadap kemampuan menulis teks laporan hasil observasi siswa kelas 7 SMPN 4 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pretest-posttest control group design yang dilakukan pada tahun ajaran 2021-2022. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 orang yang terdiri atas 20 orang pada kelas eksperimen dan 20 orang pada kelas kontrol. Peneliti melakukan uji prasyarat dengan uji normalitas (Uji Liliefors), uji homogenitas (Uji Fisher) dan uji t berpasangan. Hasil uji liliefors pada kelas eksperimen untuk pretest-posttestnya sebesar 0.200 sehingga dapat dikatakan berdistribusi normal sedangkan pada kelas kontrol pretest-posttestnya adalah 0.200 maka data berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji Fisher menunjukkan rata-rata (based on Mean) sebesar 0.215 berarti data homogen dan H0 diterima. Hasil uji t berpasangan pada kelas eksperimen didapatkan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0.02 berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest kelas eksperimen sedangkan pada kelas kontrol didapatkan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0.301 berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttestnya maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan media video podcast berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menulis teks laporan hasil observasi pada siswa kelas 7 SMPN 4 Jakarta. Tahapan penilaian terdiri atas 9 aspek penilaian yaitu struktur (pernyataan umum, deskripsi bagian, dan simpulan), kebahasaan (kata istilah, kalimat definisi, dan kalimat yang memerinci), dan aspek merangkum untuk menulis teks laporan hasil observasi (kalimat efektif, keterpaduan paragraf, dan tanda baca, ejaan). Berdasarkan data dan interpretasi peneliti maka dapat dikatakan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan media video podcast dapat memberikan pengaruh yang baik saat diaplikasikan secara bersamaan di kelas. Siswa dapat dilatih kemampuan menulisnya melalui tahapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan terciptanya kondisi belajar yang menyenangkan serta materi yang lebih konkret melalui bantuan video podcast. Selain itu model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan media video podcast dapat diaplikasikan dalam materi teks laporan hasil observasi kelas 7 KD 3.8 dan 4.8. The Influence of Project-Based Learning Model with Video Podcast Media on Ability to Write Text Reports on Observation Results in Grade 7 Students of SMPN 4 Jakarta. Thesis. Jakarta: Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program. Faculty of Language and Art. State University of Jakarta. August. 2022 This study aims to determine the effect of a project-based learning model with video podcast media on the ability to write a report text based on observations made by 7th grade students of SMPN 4 Jakarta. This study used a pretest-posttest control group design which was carried out in the 2021-2022 academic year. The number of samples was 40 people consisting of 20 people in the experimental class and 20 people in the control class. Researchers conducted prerequisite tests with normality test (Liliefors test), homogeneity test (Fisher's test) and paired t test. The results of the Liliefors test in the experimental class for the pretest-posttest were 0.200 so that it can be said to be normally distributed, while in the control class the pretest-posttest was 0.200, the data were normally distributed. The results of Fisher's test show an average (based on Mean) of 0.215 which means that the data is homogeneous and H0 is accepted. The results of the paired t test in the experimental class obtained a significance value of 0.02 meaning that there was a significant difference between the results of the pretest and posttest of the experimental class while in the control class the significance value was 0.301, meaning that there was no significant difference between the results of the pretest and posttest. Project-based learning with video podcast media affects the ability to write text reports on observations of 7th grade students of SMPN 4 Jakarta. The assessment stage consists of 9 aspects of the assessment, namely structure (general statements, section descriptions, and conclusions), language (terms, definition sentences, and detailed sentences), and aspects of summarizing to write the text of the observation report (effective sentences, paragraph integration, and punctuation, spelling). Based on the data and the researcher's interpretation, it can be said that the project-based learning model with video podcast media can have a good effect when applied simultaneously in the classroom. Students can be trained in their writing skills through project-based learning stages and create fun learning conditions and more concrete material through the help of video podcasts. In addition, the project-based learning model with video podcast media can be applied in the text of the report on the results of observations for grade 7 KD 3.8 and 4.8.
