Abstract
Pemasyarakatan merupakan bagian dari Integrated Criminal Justice System memilik peran dan tanggung jawab yang sangat berat. Memberikan pelayanan dan pembinaan kepada Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (WBP) menjadi bagian dari tugas dan tanggung jawab pemasyarakatan. Memulihkan hubungan hidup, kehidupan dan penghidupan bukan hal yang mudah tanpa di dukung oleh petugas pemasyarakatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh job satisfaction, top management team (TMT) dan high performance work system (HPWS) terhadap organizational performance dengan mediasi organizational ambidexterity. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey yang dilakukan terhadap pejabat structural di Lembaga pemasyarakatan dan rumah tahanan negara yang overcrowding. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Lembaga pemasyarakatan dan rumah tahanan negara yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia yang berjumlah 526. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 226 responden, terdiri dari pejabat struktural yang ada di Lembaga pemasyarakatan dan rumah tahanan negara yang overcrowding. Prosedur yang digunakan dalam pengembangan dan pengujian model serta pengolahan data adalah model persamaan structural (SEM). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan perangkat statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job satisfaction dan high performance work system (HPWS) berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational performance, sedangkan top management team (TMT) tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational performance. Sementara itu, organizational ambidexterity memediasi pengaruh job satisfaction, top management team (TMT) dan high performance work system (HPWS) terhadap organizational performance. Correctional is part of the Integrated Criminal Justice System and has a very heavy role and responsibility. Providing services and guidance to Correctional Inmates (WBP) is part of the duties and responsibilities of the correctional facility. Restoring life relationships, life and livelihood is not an easy thing without the support of correctional officers. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, top management team (TMT) and high performance work system (HPWS) on organizational performance by mediating organizational ambidexterity. This research is a survey research conducted on structural officials in prisons and overcrowding detention centers The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. The population in this study were all state prisons and detention center totalling 526. The sampling technique in this study is stratified random sampling. The sample in this study was 226 respondents. Consists of structural officials in prisons and detention centers overcrowding. Model development and testing as well as data processing is a structural equation model (SEM). Data were analyzed using statistical tools. The results showed that job satisfaction and high performance work system (HPWS) had a positive effect on organizational performance. Top management team (TMT) has not positive effect on organizational performance. Organizational ambidexterity mediates the effect of job satisfaction, top management team (TMT) and high performance work system (HPWS) on organizational performance.
