Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa melalui pengembangan asesmen formatif dengan teknik popsicle stick. Penelitian diperlukan mengingat kemampuan berpikir kreatif telah menjadi capaian pembelajaran yang diperkuat Profil Pelajar Pancasila point Kreatif. Pengembangna pada penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Research and Development yang mengadaptasi langkah pengembangan Borg and Gall (2003). Terdapat 5 langkah pengembangan yang dilakukan, diantaranya: 1) pengumpulan informasi, 2) rencana pengembangan, 3) pengembangan produk, 4) uji coba, 5) penyempurnaan produk. Uji coba produk serta penyempurnaan produk dilakukan oleh guru mata pelajaran pendidikan Pancasila kepada siswa. Dalam hal pengukuran kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dilandaskan oleh teori kreatif Torrance (1962) yang meliputi 4 aspek, diantaranya: 1) fluency (kelancaran), 2) flexibility (keluwesan), Elaboration (merinci), dan Originality (keaslian). Berdasarkan pengamatan langsung dengan melihat siswa menjawab persoalan yang diberikan oleh guru melalui asesmen formatif serta melakukan wawancara dengan guru dan siswa. Penerapan 4 aspek berpikir kreatif Torrance (1962) belum maksimal dilakukan. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi faktor seperti siswa kurang rileks dalam menjawab persoalan yang diberikan oleh guru Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan pengembangan teknik popsicle stick dalam asesmen formatif dengan mengadaptasi 5 langkah pengembangan Borg and Gall (2003) terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dengan angka signifikasi sebesar 0,061 yang tergolong kedalam korealasi sangat rendah. Adanya angka signifikansi diatas 0,05 dengan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik popsicle stick yang dikembangkan dalam asesmen formatif terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. This research aims to improve students' creative thinking skills through the development of formative assessments with popsicle stick techniques. Research is needed considering that the ability to think creatively has become a learning achievement that is strengthened by the Creative Point Pancasila Student Profile . The development of this study uses the Research and Development Method which adapts the development steps of Borg and Gall (2003). There are 5 development steps carried out, including: 1) information collection, 2) development plan, 3) product development, 4) testing, 5) product improvement. Product trials and product improvements are carried out by teachers of Pancasila education subjects to students. In terms of measuring students' creative thinking abilities based on Torrance's (1962) creative theory which includes 4 aspects, including: 1) fluency, 2) flexibility, elaboration, and originality. Based on direct observation by seeing students answering problems given by teachers through formative assessments and conducting interviews with teachers and students. The application of 4 aspects of creative thinking Torrance (1962) has not been maximally carried out. This is influenced by factors such as students are less relaxed in answering the problems given by the teacher The results showed that after the development of the popsicle stick technique in formative assessment by adapting the 5 steps of development of Borg and Gall (2003) there was an increase in students' creative thinking skills with a signification number of 0.061 which was classified as very low Korean. The existence of a significance number above 0.05 with this can be concluded that the popsicle stick technique developed in formative assessment is proven to improve students' creative thinking skills.
