Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan yang telah dilakukan pada Destinasi Wisata Budaya Karangkamulyan Desa Karangkamulyan Kecamatan Cijeungjing Kabupaten Ciamis Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya temuan pengembangan yang telah dilakukan pengelola dalam komponen atraksi yaitu di bangunnya Gedung Pusat Budaya. Pengembangan amenitas yang telah dilakukan pengelola adalah melakukan pengecekan air sumur di lab secara rutin, dan pengembangan kegiatan promosi dan publikasi yang telah dilakukan pengelola adalah meluncurkan aplikasi dan website Galuh Virtual. Pengembangan yang telah dilakukan pengelola terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah di adakan pelatihan spesialisasi dan validasi untuk storytelling dan hospitality. Pengembangan terhadap kawasan situs cagar budaya dapat dilakukan dengan menyediakan atraksi pendukung seperti kegiatan atau acara kebudayaan yang dapat dilaksanakan di kawasan situs cagar budaya, dan penyediaan fasilitas penunjang yang aman, nyaman dan memadai. Pengembangan terhadap komponen 3A (Atraksi, Amenitas, Akesibilitas), kegiatan promosi dan publikasi, sumber daya manusia, potensi wisata, keamanan wisata, dan manfaat wisata dari Destinasi Wisata Budaya Karangkamulyan dapat dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kondisi sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia dan belum tersedia. This study aims to determine the development that has been carried out at the Karangkamulyan Cultural Tourism Destination, Karangkamulyan Village, Cijeungjing District, Ciamis Regency, West Java. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the development findings that have been carried out by managers in the attractions component, namely the Cultural Center Building. The development of the amenities that have been carried out by the manager is to routinely check well water in the lab, and the development of promotional and publication activities that have been carried out by the manager is to launch the Galuh Virtual application and website. The development that has been carried out by the management on the quality of human resources is by holding specialization and validation training for storytelling and hospitality. The development of the cultural heritage site area can be carried out by providing supporting attractions such as cultural activities or events that can be carried out in the cultural heritage site area, and the provision of safe, comfortable and adequate supporting facilities. Development of the 3A component (Attractions, Amenities, Accessibility), promotion and publication activities, human resources, tourism potential, tourism safety, and tourism benefits from the Karangmulyan Cultural Tourism Destination can be carried out by taking into account the conditions of facilities and infrastructure that are available and not yet available.
