Abstract

Sarah Choirunnisa, Pengaruh Silent Sitting terhadap Konsentrasi Belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Insan Teladan. Jakarta: Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2023. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hipotesis peneliti yang menduga adanya pengaruh silent sitting yang diterapkan terhadap konsentrasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam. Adapun tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan apakah terdapat pengaruh silent sitting terhadap konsentrasi belajar PAI di SMP Insan Teladan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik yang aktif mengikuti kegiatan silent sitting dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrument yang diberikan adalah angket dengan pernyataan sebanyak 12 pernyataan variabel silent sitting dan 18 pernyataan variabel konsentrasi belajar PAI. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan rumus regresi sederhana koefisien determinasi melalui program SPSS versi 26.0 for Windows. Hasil temuan mendukung hipotesis bahwa “ada pengaruh silent sitting terhadap konsentrasi belajar PAI pada peserta didik SMP Insan Teladan Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023”. Besarnya pengaruh silent sitting terhadap konsentrasi belajar adalah 60% dan sisanya 40% konsentrasi belajar dipengaruh oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Silent Sitting, Konsentrasi belajar, Pendidikan Agama Islam. This research is motivated by the hypothesis of researchers who suspect the influence of silent sitting applied to the concentration of learning Islamic Religious Education. The purpose of the study was to determine whether there was an influence of silent sitting and concentration of PAI learning at SMP Insan Teladan. This study used quantitative methods. The sample used in this study was students who actively participated in silent sitting activities with saturated sampling techniques. The instrument given was a questionnaire with statements of 12 silent sitting variable statements and 18 PAI learning concentration variable statements. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis using a simple regression formula coefficient of determination through the SPSS program version 26.0 for Windows. The findings support the hypothesis that "there is an influence of silent sitting on the concentration of PAI learning in students of SMP Insan Teladan for the 2022/2023 Academic Year". The magnitude of the influence of silent sitting on learning concentration is 60% and the remaining 40% of learning concentration is influenced by other variables outside this study.
