Abstract

ABSTRAK Anggun Rulfiani, Komunitas sebagai Aktor dari Civil Society dalam Menjaga Eksistensi Lagu Anak di Tengah Tantangan Era Digitalisasi (Studi Kasus: Komunitas Kapella Indonesia). Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Sosiologi, Faklutas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta 2023. Perkembangan kemajuan teknologi di era digitalisasi ini telah mempengaruhi dan membawa banyak perubahan bagi kehidupan manusia. Salah satunya ialah fenomena menurunnya eksistensi lagu anak-anak ditengah masyarakat, khususnya diIndonesia. Secara garis besar, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan latar belakang terbentuknya komunitas Kapella Indonesia sebagai aktor civil society diIndonesia, memaparkan peran komunitas Kapella Indonesia sebagai aktor civil society dalam mempertahankan eksistensi lagu anak diera Digitalisasi, serta memaparkan dan mendeskrispsikan dampak dari kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Komunitas Kapella Indonesia sebagai aktor civil society dalam mempertahankan eksistensi lagu anak diera digitalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pengamatan di media sosial komunitas Kapella Indonesia, observasi di beberapa tempat yang di jadikan sebagai lokasi dari kegiatan-kegiatan Komunitas Kapella Indonesia, khususnya di wilayah JABODETABEK. Serta, wawancara dilokasi yang telah disesuaikan dengan informan. Penelitian ini dimulai sejak Juli 2022 sampai dengan Desember 2022. Adapun, Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini ialah komunitas Kapella Indonesia yang terdiri dari 9 orang yang terdiri dari 3 orang pendiri dan ketua dari komunitas Kapella Indonesia, 2 anggota komunitas Kapella Indonesia, 2 penonton dan pengikut dari Instagram maupun program-program Kapella Indonesia, serta 1 praktisi anak dan 1 praktisi media. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai komunitas Kapella Indonesia sebagai aktor dari wujud civil society di Indonesia yang memperjuangkan hak anak dalam memperoleh hiburannya dengan menjaga eksistensi lagu anak di tengah tantangan era digitalisasi Peran komunitas Kapella Indonesia sebagai bagian dari civil society di Indonesia dalam menjaga eksistensi lagu anak direalisasikan oleh komunitas melalui pembagian karakteristik lagu anak, Perekrutan anggota komunitas, melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan, serta berkolaborasi dengan berbagai elemen masyarakat lainnya. Selain itu, sebagai bagian dari civil society komunitas Kapella Indonesia juga melakukan berbagai aksi-aksi dalam memperjuangkan hak hiburan bagi anak melalui eksistensi lagu anak yang akan dijelaskan lebih mendalam pada penelitian ini. Sehingga berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa implikasi dari keberadaan komunitas Kapella Indonesia sebagai aktor civil society di Indonesia dalam menjaga eksistensi lagu anak ditengah tantangan era digitalisasi ini merujuk kepada tiga dampak, yaitu: memberi dampak positif dalam menjaga eksistensi lagu anak, dampak positif bagi bidang Pendidikan dan memberikan edukasi bagi masyarakat. Undergraduate Thesis. Jakarta: Sociology Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Jakarta, 2023. Development of technological progress in the digitalization era has affect and lead into many changes for humanity. One of the phenomena is the decreasing existence of children’s song in the society, particularly in Indonesia. Macroscopically, this study has objective to describe Kapella Indonesian Community background as actor of civil society in maintaining the existence of children’s song in the digitalization era, explain Kapella Indonesian Community role as actor of civil society in maintaining the existence of children’s song in the digitalization era, as well as to explain and describe impact from Kapella Indonesian Community activity as actor of civil society in maintaining the existence of children’s song in the digitalization era. This research conducted with a qualitative approach and case study method. Data collection technique done with observation, deep interview, documentation, and literature review. As for subject Kapella Indonesian Community, there are 9 subjects consist of 3 founder and the president of Kapella Indonesian Community, 2 member of Kapella Indonesian Community, 2 viewer and follower from Instagram or programs in Kapella Indonesian, as well as 1 child practitioner and 1 media practitioner. This study done by doing observation in Kapella Indonesian Community social media, observation in the several place and location for Kapella Indonesian Community activity, and an interview in the location that has been scheduled with informant. This research is started from July to December 2022. The results of this study explain the Kapella Indonesia community as an actor of civil society in Indonesia who fights for children's rights in obtaining entertainment by maintaining the existence of children's songs during the challenges of digitalization era. The role of the Indonesian Kapella community as part of civil society in Indonesia in maintaining the existence of children's songs is realized by the community through distribution characteristics of children’s songs, recruitment of community members, activities of the Kapella Indonesian community, Collaborate with other element of society. Apart from that, as part of civil society Kapella Indonesia community has also carried out various action in fighting for the right to entertainment for children trough the existence of children’s songs which will be explained in more depth in this research. So based on the result of this study, it shows that the implications of the existence of the Indonesian Kapella community as actor of civil society in Indonesian in maintaining the existence of children’s songs during the challenges of digitalization era refer of three impacts, that is: giving a positive impact to maintaining the existence of children’s song, a positive impact on the field education and provide education for the society.
