Abstract

Perkembangan kota dengan berbagai kegiatan manusia merupakan faktor yang dapat menyebabkan timbulnya berbagai masalah bagi lingkungan. Sehingga perlu disegerakan pengaplikasian konsep kota hijau yaitu dengan menyediakan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) di dalam perkotaan. Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) merupakan paru-paru kota yang berperan sebagai penyelaras lingkungan yang memiliki tujuan untuk bisa lebih menghubungkan fungsinya kepada manusia. Peranan tersebut dikenal dengan istilah Connecting People with Nature (menghubungkan manusia dengan alam) yang dapat memberikan banyak manfaat. Salah satu tempat yang telah berhasil direvitalisasi untuk ditujukan mencapai peranan tersebut adalah Taman Kota Lapangan Banteng Jakarta Pusat. Namun peranan tersebut masih belum tercapai seutuhnya pada Taman Kota Lapangan Banteng, karena aspek terkait penyediaan lahan parkir, ketersediaan jalur untuk disabilitas dan lansia, serta petunjuk kejelasan mengenai keberadaan ikon edukasi di Taman tersebut masih belum tersedia dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penataan Taman Kota Lapangan Banteng terhadap peranan connecting people with nature yang masih mengalami kekurangan, agar sesuai acuan Peraturan Menteri ATR KBPN No.14 tahun 2022. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan pengunjung Taman Kota Lapangan Banteng sejumlah 75 orang. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan skala presentase dalam pelaksanaan analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan mengenai hasil observasi non partisipan didapatkan bahwa hasil revitalisasi masih terdapat kekurangan yang menyebabkan belum sepenuhnya tercapai peranan connecting people with nature dalam Taman Kota Lapangan Banteng dikarenakan beberapa aspek yang telah diseutkan sebelumnya. Sedangkan hasil kuisioner yang didapatkan untuk kriteria penataan ruang sebesar 86,3% dan untuk peran connecting people with nature sebesar 75,0%. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan sudah tercapainya dengan baik penataan Taman Kota namun masih perlu adanya perbaikan dan penambahan terhadap aspek yang masih kurang agar terciptanya peran connecting people with nature secara utuh. ***** The development of cities with various human activities is a factor that can cause various problems for the environment. So it is necessary to hasten the application of the green city concept, namely by providing Green Open Space (RTH) in urban areas. Green Open Space (RTH) is the lungs of the city that acts as an environmental harmonizer that has the aim of being able to better connect its function to humans. This role is known as Connecting People with Nature, which can provide many benefits. One of the places that has been successfully revitalized to achieve this role is the Lapangan Banteng City Park, Central Jakarta. However, this role has not been fully achieved in Lapangan Banteng City Park, because aspects related to the provision of parking lots, the availability of paths for disabilities and the elderly, as well as clarity instructions regarding the existence of educational icons in the park are still not well available. The purpose of this study is to analyze the arrangement of Lapangan Banteng City Park towards the role of connecting people with nature which is still lacking, so that it is in accordance with the reference to the Minister of ATR KBPN Regulation No.14 of 2022. The population and sample in this study were visitors to the Banteng Field City Park totaling 75 people. The method in this study is a descriptive quantitative method using a percentage scale in the implementation of data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the results of non-participant observations found that the revitalization results still have shortcomings that cause the role of connecting people with nature in the Lapangan Banteng City Park has not been fully achieved due to several aspects that have been mentioned previously. While the results of the questionnaire obtained for spatial planning criteria amounted to 86.3% and for the role of connecting people with nature amounted to 75.0%. The results of this study indicate that the arrangement of the City Park has been well achieved, but there is still a need for improvements and additions to aspects that are still lacking in order to create the role of connecting people with nature as a whole.
