Abstract

Motivasi Belajar merupakan bagian yang penting dalam proses pembelajaran serta memiliki peranan demi mencapai keberhasilan dalam proses belajar. Dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, siswa akan dipengaruhi oleh motivasi belajar yang dimiliki masing-masing siswa. Motivasi belajar yang dimiliki siswa dapat tercipta karena adanya dorongan dari diri individu itu sendiri maupun dorongan yang berasal dari luar atau dapat disebut sebagai Motivasi Instrinsik dan Motivasi Ekstrinsik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Motivasi belajar lifeskill Tata rias di SMP Terbuka Cakung 1 Jakarta Timur melalui pengisian kuisioner dan setiap pernyataan diukur melalui skala likert. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif survei yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang yaitu rata-rata keseluruhan motivasi belajar lifeskill tata rias berkategori sangat tinggi dengan persentase 83,36%. Pada indicator motivasi instrinsik didapat hasil sebesar 83,66% dengan kategori sangat tinggi dan motivasi ekstrinsik dengan hasil 83,06% dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa pada lifeskill tata rias baik instrinsik maupun ekstrinsik tergolong sangat tinggi. ***** Learning motivation is an important part of the learning process and has a role in achieving success in the learning process. When participating in learning, students will be influenced by the learning motivation of each student. Student motivation to learn can be created because of encouragement from each individual or encouragement that comes from outside that can be referred to as Intrinsic Motivation and Extrinsic Motivation.This study aimed to investigate the learning motivation of Cosmetology life skills of students at Cakung 1 Open Middle School, East Jakarta through a questionnaire, in which each statement was measured by Likert scale. Deploying a quantitative descriptive survey, the result of this study suggested that the overall average learning motivation of Cosmetology life skills was in the very high category with a percentage of 83.36%. In the intrinsic motivation indicator, the result was 83.66% with a very high category. Meanwhile in the extrinsic motivation, the result was 83.06% with a very high category. Therefore, it can be concluded that students' learning motivation in Cosmetology life skills both intrinsic and extrinsic is extremely high.
