Program Studi Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Keseimbangan antara peran pekerjaan dan peran keluarga (work-family balance) memiliki andil penting dalam mempengaruhi keadaan pribadi karyawan yang kemudian berdampak pada kinerja karyawan, hal ini kemudian menjadi problema karena pekerja tidak memiliki waktu luang terutama pembagian waktu mereka antara pekerjaan dan keluarga. Keadaan tersebut memerlukan keseimbangan antara bekerja dan kualitas waktu bersama keluarga sehingga fokus karyawan ketika berada dalam tugas dapat dilakukan dengan penuh. Kinerja karyawan yang baik maka memberikan dampak positif terhadap target perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-family balance terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Hasjrat Multifinance. Penelitian ini melibatkan 195 orang karyawan PT. Hasjrat Multifinance di seluruh cabang di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online menggunakan google form. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan Mei hingga Juni 2023. Data yang telah terkumpul diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu uji regresi linier sederhana dengan hasil Work-family balance berpengaruh signifikan secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil regresi yang sama. (β = 0,774 p-value = 0.00 < 0.05). Work-family balance berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, artinya semakin tinggi work-family balance yang diterima karyawan maka akan semakin tinggi pula kinerja karyawan di PT. Hasjrat Multifinance sebesar 46,5%. Dengan demikian, keseimbangan pembagian waktu atau work-family balance yang optimal dapat dijadikan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. Hasjrat Multifinance. Karyawan yang memiliki work-family balance yang baik diharapkan memiliki keseimbangan dan komunikasi yang baik dengan keluarga dan rekan kerja serta mencapai kinerja atau hasil yang diinginkan perusahaan. The balance between work roles and family roles (work-family balance) has an important contribution in influencing the personal circumstances of employees which then has an impact on employee performance, this then becomes a problem because workers do not have free time, especially the division of their time between work and family. This situation requires a balance between work and quality time with family so that the focus of employees when they are on duty can be carried out fully. Good employee performance will have a positive impact on company targets. This study aims to determine the effect of work-family balance on the performance of employees of PT. Multifinance Desire. This research involved 195 employees of PT. Hasjrat Multifinance in all branches in Indonesia. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire which was distributed online using the Google form. Data collection in this study began in May to June 2023. The data that has been collected is processed and analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, namely a simple linear regression test with the results of Work-family balance having a significant positive effect on employee performance with the same regression results. (β = 0.774 p-value = 0.00 < 0.05). Work-family balance has a positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the higher the work-family balance received by employees, the higher the employee performance at PT. Multifinance Desire of 46.5%. Thus, the optimal balance of time sharing or work-family balance can be used as a way to improve employee performance at PT. Multifinance Desire. Employees who have a good work-family balance are expected to have good balance and communication with family and colleagues and achieve the performance or results desired by the company.
