Abstract

ABSTRAK Hanifa Sindi Yutami, R Eka Murtinugraha, Riyan Arthur. (2023). “Pengembangan Video Pendek Vertikal pada Materi Teknik Analisis Data Kuantitatif Mata Kuliah Metodologi Penelitian di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Universitas Negeri Jakarta”. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran video pendek vertikal yang dapat menjadi variasi media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan semangat belajar mahasiswa dalam memahami materi pada mata kuliah Metodologi Penelitian khususnya pada Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Hasil akhir penelitian ini yaitu produk media pembelajaran dan hasil kelayakan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan sejak bulan Maret hingga Agustus 2023. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development (R&D). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan 4D oleh Thiagarajan (1974) yang terdiri dari 4 tahap pengembangan, yaitu; (1) Pendefinisian (Define); (2) Perancangan (Design); (3) Pengembangan (Develop); serta (4) Penyebaran (Disseminate). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket sebagai instrumen penilaian kelayakan produk menggunakan skala likert melalui validasi dari 2 ahli materi, 3 ahli media, dan 3 ahli bahasa. Hasil validasi isi instrumen dianalisis menggunakan rumus Aiken’s V untuk menganalisis nilai rata-rata validitas instrumen. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan media pembelajaran video pendek vertikal pada materi teknik analisis data mata kuliah Metodologi Penelitian diantaranya, hasil rata-rata penilaian validasi dari ahli materi sebesar 0,75 (sedang), penilaian dari ahli media sebesar 0,89 (tinggi), dan penilaian dari ahli bahasa sebesar 0,86 (tinggi). Sehingga produk tersebut dikategorikan “sangat layak” digunakan setelah direvisi dengan total rata-rata skor 0,83 (tinggi). Didukung oleh hasil survei kepuasan pengguna yaitu rata-rata persentasenya sebesar 87,1% yang artinya mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan FT-UNJ sangat puas terhadap media pembelajaran video pendek vertikal dan dapat digunakan dalam mata kuliah Metodologi Penelitian di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This study aims to develop vertical short video learning media that can be a variety of learning media in increasing students' enthusiasm for learning in understanding material in the Research Methodology course, especially in the Building Engineering Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. The final results of this research are learning media products and the results of the feasibility of the developed learning media. The research conducted from March to August 2023. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). The development model used is the 4D development model by Thiagarajan (1974) which consists of 4 development stages, namely; (1) Define; (2) Design; (3) Develop; and (4) Disseminate. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires as an instrument for assessing product feasibility using a likert scale through validation from 2 material experts, 3 media experts, and 3 language experts. The results of the instrument content validation were analyzed using Aiken's V formula to analyze the average value of instrument validity. The results of research and development of vertical short video learning media on data analysis techniques in Research Methodology courses include the average results of validation assessments from material experts of 0.75 (medium), assessments from media experts of 0.89 (high), and assessments from linguists of 0.86 (high). So that the product is categorized as "very feasible" to use after revision with a total average score of 0.83 (high). Supported by the results of the user satisfaction survey, the average percentage is 87.1%, which means that FT-UNJ Building Engineering Education students are very satisfied with the vertical short video learning media and can be used in the Research Methodology course in the Building Engineering Education Study Program, State University of Jakarta.
