Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sertifikat Cleanliness, Healty, Safety, and Environment Sustainability (CHSE) terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di TWA Gunung Papandayan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif Data didapatkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada 95 responden. Teknik Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji hipotesis, uji regresi linear. Hasil nilai thitung 6.952 > nilai ttabel 1.986, dapat dinyatakan bahwa Sertifikat CHSE berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung. Sedangkan pada uji koefisien determinasi pengaruh variabel sertifikat CHSE terhadap variabel kepuasan pengunjung memperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 34.2%. Meskipun 65.8% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel di luar pembahasan dalam penelitian ini, penerapan sertifikat CHSE tetap memiliki peranan penting dalam sektor pariwisata. *ABSTRACT* This study aims to determine the effect of Hygiene, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) certificates on visitor satisfaction at Mount Papandayan TWA. The method used in this research is quantitative. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 95 respondents. Data analysis techniques used normality test, hypothesis test, linear regression test. The result of the tcount value is 6,952 > the ttable value is 1,986, it can be stated that the CHSE Certificate has a very significant effect on Visitor Satisfaction. Whereas in the test of the coefficient of determination the effect of the CHSE certificate variable on the visitor satisfaction variable obtained a percentage value of 34.2%. Although the other 65.8% is influenced by variables outside the discussion in this study, the application of the CHSE certificate still has an important role in the tourism sector.
