Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh alat Quay Container Crane terhadap efektivitas bongkar muat Terminal Petikemas Koja. Metode dalam penyusunan Skripsi ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Menggunakan sampel data Availability Quay Container Crane, frekuensi downtime dan jumlah operator bekerja di Terminal Petikemas Koja. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai ialah Teknik uji persyaratan analisis, persamaan regresi, uji hipotesis dan analisis koefisien determinasi menggunakan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu variabel Availability Quay Container Crane, variabel frekuensi downtime dan jumlah operator bekerja berpengaruh secara parsial maupun bersama sama tetapi tidak begitu signifikan terhadap produktivitas Quay Container Crane dan efektivitas bongkar muat Terminal Petikemas Koja. Oleh karena itu di harapkan dari penelitian ini Terminal Petikemas Koja dapat terus meningkatkan produktivitas serta efektivitas dalam bongkar muat. *********** This research aims to determine the effect of the Quay Container Crane tool on the effectiveness of loading and discharging at Koja Container Terminal. The method in the preparation of this Final Project is descriptive quantitative. The research uses a sample of data Quay Container Crane Availability, downtime frequency and number of operators working at Koja Container Terminal. The data analysis technique used is the analysis requirement test technique, regression equation, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS tools. The results obtained are the variable availability of Quay Container Crane, the variable frequency of downtime and the number of operators working partially or together but not so significant on the productivity of Quay Container Crane and the effectiveness of loading and unloading Koja Container Terminal. Therefore, it is hoped that from this research, Terminal Petikemas Koja can continue to increase productivity and effectiveness in loading and discharging.
