Abstract

Inventaris merupakan hal penting untuk menjamin keberlangsungan operasional organisasi yang sukses. Inventarisasi juga dapat menjamin kelancaran dalam pemenuhan permintaan barang dan mengakomodir ketidakpastian suatu barang yang ada pada supplier. Hal tersebut tentunya dilakukan oleh seluruh organisasi/perusahaan, tak terkecuali pada CV. Jayanti Jaya. Sistem inventaris pada CV. Jayanti Jaya saat ini manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel standalone yang tidak terintegrasi oleh ketiga cabang dan belum adanya sistem informasi inventaris berbasis website pada CV. Jayanti Jaya, maka sistem informasi inventaris berbasis website pada CV. Jayanti Jaya diperlukan, namun belum memiliki rancangan User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) pada sistem informasi inventaris berbasis website CV. Jayanti Jaya. Hasil dari perancangan yaitu high- fidelity prototype yang dibangun menggunakan aplikasi figma dengan Metode Five Planes. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian usability testing menggunakan penilaian SUS. Hasil dari pengujian tersebut didapat tingkat keberhasilan 94,5. Maka hasil keberhasilan penelitian ini masuk pada tingkatan “Acceptable” pada tingkat Acceptable, “Best Imaginable” pada tingkat Adjective, dan “A” pada tingkat Grade. ********* Inventory is essential to ensure the operational continuity of a successful organization. Inventory management also ensures the smooth fulfillment of product demands and accommodates uncertainties in the availability of goods from suppliers. This practice is implemented by all organizations/companies, including CV. Jayanti Jaya. Currently, the inventory system at CV. Jayanti Jaya is manual and uses a standalone Microsoft Excel, which is not integrated among its branches. Therefore, the need for an inventory information system based on a website at CV. Jayanti Jaya arises. However, there is no existing User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design for the inventory information system based on the website of CV. Jayanti Jaya. The outcome of this design is a high-fidelity prototype built using the Figma application with the Five Planes Method. Subsequently, usability testing is conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) assessment. The testing results in a success rate of 94.5. As a result, the success of this research is classified as "Acceptable" in the Acceptable level, "Best Imaginable" in the Adjective level, and "A" in the Grade level.
