Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Praktik Kerja Lapangan dan Pengalaman Organisasi Kemahasiswaan Terhadap Pengembangan Soft Skill Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta Angkatan 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa sarjana Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta berjumlah 439 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan rumus Slovin dengan akurasi tingkat kesulitan 5% sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 209 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares). Kemudian teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari analisis model pengukuran, analisis model struktural, dan pengujian hipotesis pengaruh langsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara Pengaruh Praktik Kerja Lapangan dan Pengalaman Organisasi Kemahasiswaan Terhadap Pengembangan Soft Skill Mahasiswa. Kata Kunci: Praktik Kerja Lapangan, Magang, Organisasi Mahasiswa, Soft Skill *** This study aimed to determine The Effect of Fieldwork Practices and Student Organization Experience on Developing Soft Skills for Students Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, Class of 2019. The research method used in this study was a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta totalling 439 students. The sampling technique used a simple random sampling technique with the Slovin formula with a difficulty level of 5% accuracy so that the sample in this study totalled 209 students. The data analysis technique used in this study uses SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares). Then the data analysis techniques used in this study consisted of measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and changing the direct effect hypothesis. This study's results show a direct, positive and significant influence between the Influence of Fieldwork Practices and Student Organization Experience on Student Soft Skill Development.
