Abstract

Ayuvania Yulian (8105160540) Pengembangan Instrumen Penilaian Sikap Studentpreneur pada Siswa di Bogor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen penilaian ranah afektif khususnya sikap yang valid dan reliabel dengan pembahasan studentpreneur pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software AMOS untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas serta nilai Goodness of Fit (GOF). Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 30 butir pernyataan mengenai sikap studentpreneur, dan terdiri dari empat dimensi yakni; percaya diri, berpikir kreatif, pengambilan risiko, dan kepemimpinan. Responden dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Bogor dan SMK Negeri 1 Ciomas. Tahap olah data menggunakan uji validitas dengan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), tahap uji reliabilitas dengan melihat nilai Construct Reliability (CR) dan Average Variance Extracted (AVE), diperoleh bahwa 30 butir pernyataan tersebut valid dan reliabel. Selanjutnya pembakuan instrumen telah memenuhi standar untuk mendapatkan kriteria Goodness of Fit. Tingkatan sikap studentpreneur siswa di SMKN 1 Bogor dan SMKN 1 Ciomas dari lima kategori berada di kategori rendah (3%), sedang (7%), tinggi (17%) dan sangat tinggi (73%). *** This study aims to produce affective domain assessment instruments, especially attitudes that are valid and reliable by discussing studentpreneurs in entrepreneurship subjects. This study used research and development (R&D) methods with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using AMOS software to determine the level of validity and the value of Goodness of Fit (GOF). Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of 30 statement items regarding studentpreneur attitudes, and consisting of four dimensions, namely; self-confidence, creative thinking, risk taking, and leadership. The respondents in this research were class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Bogor and SMK Negeri 1 Ciomas. The data processing stage used the validity test with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), the reliability test stage by looking at the Construct Reliability (CR) and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) values, it was found that the 30 statement items were valid and reliable. Furthermore, the instrument standardization has met the standards to obtain Goodness of Fit criteria. The studentpreneur attitude level of students at SMKN 1 Bogor and SMKN 1 Ciomas from five categories is in the low (3%), medium (7%), high (17%) and very high (73%) categories.
