Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara mendalam tentang perencanaan dan implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila serta dimensi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila di SLB B-C Cempaka Putih. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, staf kurikulum, dan guru terkait dengan implementasi projek. Pemeriksaan dan pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Perencanaan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila di SLB B-C Cempaka Putih terdiri dari 5 tahapan, yaitu: membentuk tim fasilitator yang terdiri dari semua guru dan kepala sekolah sebagai penanggung jawab, identifikasi tingkat kesiapan satuan pendidikan masih ditahap awal, menentukan dimensi, tema, dan alokasi waktu, menyusun modul projek, dan merancang strategi pelaporan hasil projek berdasarkan pengamatan. Implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila di SLB B-C Cempaka Putih adalah mengambil tema kewirausahaan, yaitu pembuatan telur asin. Implementasi Dimensi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di SLB B-C Cempaka Putih, yang berhasil mengintegrasikan Dimensi Pancasila seperti ketuhanan, kebinekaan, dan gotong royong melalui kegiatan sehari-hari. Nilai-nilai ini juga diakar melalui praktik agama dan projek, berkontribusi pada pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Dimensi kreatif dan mandiri juga terimplementasi melalui pembelajaran, melalui kegiatan literasi dan seni seperti menggambar. Peserta didik memiliki peluang untuk mengembangkan kreativitas mereka dengan panduan guru. Selain itu, mereka berpartisipasi aktif dalam beragam kegiatan termasuk projek, upacara, dan kegiatan agama. Di samping itu, mereka menunjukkan inisiatif dalam peran penting, menggambarkan kemandirian dan tanggung jawab yang tinggi dalam perkembangan karakter. Secara keseluruhan, pendekatan ini berhasil menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang merangsang pertumbuhan karakter yang kokoh berdasarkan nilai-nilai Pancasila serta pengembangan kreativitas dan tanggung jawab individu. ***** This research aims to describe in depth about the planning and implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project and the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project at SLB B-C Cempaka Putih. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Researchers collect data by conducting observations, interviews, and document studies. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with principals, curriculum staff, and teachers related to project implementation. Checking and checking the validity of data using triangulation. Project planning for strengthening the Pancasila learner profile in SLB B-C Cempaka Putih consists of 5 stages, namely: forming a team of facilitators consisting of all teachers and the principal as the person in charge, identifying the level of readiness of the education unit is still at an early stage, determining dimensions, themes, and time allocations, compiling project modules, and designing a strategy for reporting project results based on observations. The implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in SLB B-C Cempaka Putih is to take the theme of entrepreneurship, namely making salted eggs. Implementation of the Dimensions of the Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening Project at SLB B-C Cempaka Putih, which successfully integrates the Dimensions of Pancasila such as divinity, diversity, and gotong royong through daily activities. These values are also rooted through religious practices and projects, contributing to learners' character building. The creative and independent dimension is also implemented through learning, through literacy and art activities such as drawing. Learners have opportunities to develop their creativity with teacher guidance. In addition, they actively participate in various activities including projects, ceremonies and religious activities. In addition, they show initiative in important roles, illustrating high independence and responsibility in character development. Overall, this approach succeeds in creating a learning environment that stimulates the growth of a solid character based on Pancasila values as well as the development of individual creativity and responsibility
