Abstract
***** In today's modern industry, quality is a priority for all companies in the world. The success that has been achieved so far cannot be separated from good quality control. Based on the background of the problem, this research was conducted because of the effectiveness of dry bulk loading and unloading equipment for Conveyor Belt B at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Bengkulu is felt to have started to decline, so it is very important to analyze what factors are most dominant and contribute in order to improve and as input in the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). This study aims to determine the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value for dry bulk loading and unloading facilities, namely Coveyor Belt B in February 2022. After the research was carried out, the average OEE calculation value for Conveyor Belt B was 80.66%. So it can be concluded that the effectiveness performance of these facilities does not reach the standard OEE value of 85%. The Six Big Losses factor that has the most influence on the value of effectiveness is idling and minor stoppages of 11.43%. Pareto diagram analysis and fishbone diagram mapping show that the causes of these idling and minor stoppage losses are the access road to the dry bulk terminal which has holes and the coal size is too large which causes blockage of the conveyor.
