Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar remaja dalam pelaksanaan program Jam Belajar Masyarakat di RPTRA Puspa Indah Cengkareng Timur. Motivasi belajar dapat dilihat dari karakter tingkah laku siswa. Jam Belajar Masyarakat adalah program Pemerintah dalam RPTRA. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, kemudian observasi untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar remaja dalam pelaksanaan program jam belajar masyarakat. Penelitian dilakukan di RPTRA dengan jumlah 30 responden peserta didik pada tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Kriteria adanya motivasi belajar menunjukkan persentase skor lebih dari 70% agar dikatakan berhasil. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi tertinggi variabel motivasi belajar berada pada kelas interval 77 – 81 sebanyak 12 peserta didik dengan batas bawah 76,5 dan batas atas 81,5. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa skor pada kelas interval 77 – 81 mencapai lebih dari 80%, yang artinya motivasi belajar remaja dalam program jam belajar masyarakat dinilai dalam kategori baik. **** This study aimed to determine the learning motivation of adolescents in implementing the Community Learning Hours program at RPTRA Puspa Indah Cengkareng Timur. Learning motivation can be seen from the character of student behavior. Community Learning Hours was a Government program in the RPTRA. The research method used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, then observations were made to determine the learning motivation of adolescents in implementing community learning hours programs. The research was conducted at RPTRA with a total of 30 student respondents at the junior high school level. The criterion for learning motivation showed a percentage score of more than 70% so that it is said to be successful. The results showed that the highest frequency of learning motivation variables was in the class interval 77-81 with 12 students with a lower limit of 76.5 and an upper limit of 81.5. This explained that scores in class intervals 77 – 81 reach more than 80%, which meant that adolescents' learning motivation in the community study hour program is rated in the good category.
