Abstract

Pelayanan kapal dapat dikatakan memiliki tingkat pelayanan yang baik jika waktu tunggu pelayanan pemanduan dari jadwal yang diberikan dan waktu operasional pelaksanaan pemanduan lebih singkat, dan untuk mengetahui kinerja pelayanan kapal di suatu pelabuhan dapat dinilai dari pengukuran indikator yang meliputi ketepatan waktu dan kinerja opersional pelayanan. Pengukuran kinerja menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, pelayanan kapal waiting time, approaching time, laporan produksi pelayanan kapal dan laporan gerakan pelayanan pemanduan periode Januari – April 2022. Standar yang digunakan untuk mengukur ialah menggunakan standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh divisi pelayanan kapal PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Bengkulu. Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa meski terdapat beberapa keterlambatan pada waiting time dan approach time akan tetapi kinerja pemanduan dikategorikan cukup baik dari sisi pelayanan kapal waiting time, approaching time dan penerapan teori sistem logistik sudah diterapkan pada PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Bengkulu. ***** Ship service can be said to have a good level of service if the pilotage service waiting time is shorter than the given schedule and pilotage operational time, and to determine the performance of ship service at a port can be assessed from the measurement of indicators which include timeliness and service operational performance. Performance measurement uses primary data and secondary data, ship service waiting time, approaching time, ship service production reports and pilotage service movement reports for the period January - April 2022. The standards used to measure are using the standards set by the ship service division of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Bengkulu. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that pilotage performance is categorized as quite good in terms of waiting time, and approaching time and the application of logistics system theory have been applied to PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Bengkulu.
