Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa buku cerita Pop Up. Buku ini dikembangkan sebagai media pembelajaran yang dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan bercerita pada anak di PAUD Cempaka Sari. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengikuti prosedur model pengembangan Baker & Schutz, yaitu 1) Formulasi Produk, 2) Spesifikasi Pembelajaran, 3) Uji Coba Soal, 4) Pengembangan Produk, 5)Uji Coba Produk, 6) Revisi Produk, 7) Analisis Operasi. Evaluasi pada penelitian pengembangan produk ini dilakukan melalui tahap expert review. Tahap expert Review melibatkan 1 orang ahli materi dan 1 orang ahli media. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh pada tahap ini sebesar 3,3 sehingga kualitas media dapat dikategorikan sangat baik. Tahap field test buku cerita pop up di uji cobakan kepada 12 orang siswa, kemudian guru menilai menggunakan lembar penilaian observasi. Pada tahap ini diperoleh nilairata-rata keseluruhan 91%, dari hasil tersebut dapat dikategorikan bahwa buku pop up berjudul “Ayahku Sang Pemadam Kebakaran” dikatakan sangat baik digunakan dalam kegiatan bercerita. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan sebuah produk berupa Buku Pop Up tema pekerjaan sub tema pemadam kebakaran yang digunakan untuk kegiatan bercerita pada anak Kelompok A di PAUD Cempaka Sari. ***** This development research aims to produce a product in the form of a Pop Up story book. This book was developed as a learning medium that is used for storytelling activities for children at PAUD Cempaka Sari. This development research was carried out by following the procedures of the Baker & Schutz development model, namely 1) Product Formulation, 2) Learning Specifications, 3) Testing Problems, 4) Product Development, 5) Product Testing, 6) Product Revision, 7) Operations Analysis . Evaluation of this product development research was carried out through the expert review stage. The expert review stage involves 1 material expert and 1 media expert. The average value obtained at this stage is 3.3 so that the quality of the media can be categorized as very good. The pop up story book field test stage was tested on 12 students, then the teacher assessed it using an observation assessment sheet. At this stage an overall average score of 91% was obtained, from these results it can be categorized that the pop up book entitled "My Father the Fire Extinguisher" is said to be very good for storytelling activities. So, it can be concluded that this development research produced a product in the form of a Pop Up Book with the work theme, the firefighter sub-theme, which was used for storytelling activities for Group A children at PAUD Cempaka Sari.
