Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Unit Pelayanan dan Pemungutan Pajak Daerah (UPPPD) Cipayung dengan tujuan menganalisis pelaksanaan pelayanan publik serta mengetahui faktor kendala pelayanan publik yang ada pada UPPPD Cipayung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan untuk metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneiliti menyatakan bahwa pelaksanaan pelayanan publik pada UPPPD Cipayung ini berjalan cukup baik, namun masih ada beberapa faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan publik pada tempat tersebut. Kendala yang kerap dialami yaitu, seperti masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak mengetahui adanya kebijakan pelayanan online, dan juga berkas persyaratan pengajuan permohonan kerap kali belum lengkap. Selain itu, faktor teknis seperti jaringan internet yang kurang stabil juga menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan publik pada UPPPD Cipayung. Kata kunci : Pelayanan Publik, Kualitas, Efektivitas Pelayanan Publik. *** This research was conducted at the Cipayung Regional Tax Collection and Service Unit (UPPPD) with the aim of analyzing the implementation of public services and finding out the factors that constrain public services at the Cipayung UPPPD. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis and the data collection method uses observation, interviews and literature study techniques. The results of research conducted by researchers stated that the implementation of public services at UPPPD Cipayung was going quite well, but there were still several factors that were obstacles in the implementation of public services at that place. Obstacles that are often experienced are that many people are still unaware of the existence of online service policies, and the application requirements are often incomplete. Apart from that, technical factors such as an unstable internet network are also obstacles in the implementation of public services at UPPPD Cipayung.
