Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu pengaruh dari keterlibatan ayah terhadap adaptabilitas karir pada dewasa muda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan 257 partisipan yang terdiri dari 122 perempuan dan 135 laki-laki. Instrumen untuk mengukur keterlibatan ayah adalah Nurturant Fathering Scale (NFS), sedangkan instrumen untuk mengukur adaptabilitas karir adalah Career Adapt-Abilities-Indonesian Form (CAAS). Untuk menguji hipotesis pada penelitian, analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai F = 10,176 dengan p < 0,05, yang memiliki arti bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan yang positif antara keterlibatan ayah terhadap adaptabilitas karir pada dewasa muda sebesar 3.8%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi keterlibatan ayah maka terdapat peningkatan kepada adaptabilitias karir pada dewasa muda. This study aims to find out the effect of father involvement on career adaptability in young adults. This study used a quantitative approach, with 257 participants consisting of 122 women and 135 men. The instrument for measuring father involvement is the Nurturant Fathering Scale (NFS), while the instrument for measuring career adaptability is the Career Adapt-Abilities - Indonesian Form (CAAS). To test the hypothesis in the research, simple linear regression analysis is used. The results showed that the value of F = 10.176 with p <0.05, which means that there is a significant positive influence between fathers' involvement on career adaptability in young adults of 3.8%. It can be concluded that the higher the father's involvement, the greater the career adaptability of young adults.
