Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan karier peserta didik kelas XI dan XII SMKN 2 Depok. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI dan XII sebanyak 128 orang dengan jumlah responden pada kelas XI sebanyak 46 responden dan peserta didik pada kelas XII sebanyak 82 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan inventori kematangan karier (IKK) yang dikembangkan oleh (Tjalla, Herdi, & Kustandi, 2016) mengacu kepada konsep kematangan karier Super. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kematangan karier peserta didik kelas XI dan XII berada pada kategori sedang. Terdapat perbedaan tingkat kematangan karier, peserta didik kelas XI berada pada kategori rendah sebesar 45,65% status masih dalam proses treatment karier dan kelas XII berada pada tingkat kematangan karier kategori sedang sebesar 42,68%, dengan status sudah menyelesaikan proses treatment karier yaitu praktik kerja lapangan. Aspek dengan skor tertinggi berada pada aspek perencanaan karier dan aspek terrendah berada pada aspek pengetahuan tentang informasi dunia kerja. Aspek pengetahuan informasi dunia kerja menjadi aspek terrendah karena aktivitas dalam aspek tersebut memiliki aktivitas yang kompleks. Terdapat perbedaan kategori tingkat kematangan karier berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia dan juga tingkatan kelas. Tingkat kematangan karier yang rendah memberikan dampak kurang baik terhadap tahapan perkembangan karier individu. Program layanan BK yang dapat diberikan ialah bimbingan kelompok dan bimbingan klasikal dengan tema “pengetahuan tentang informasi dunia kerja”. Layanan dapat diberikan dengan berbagai macam metode dilengkapi media yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. ***** This study aims to determine the level of career maturity of students in grades XI and XII of SMKN 2 Depok. The sample in this study were students in grades XI and XII totaling 128 people with the number of respondents in class XI as many as 46 respondents and students in class XII as many as 82 respondents. Sampling using Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a career maturity inventory (IKK) developed by (Tjalla, Herdi, & Kustandi, 2016) referring to the concept of Super career maturity. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the level of career maturity of class XI and XII students was in the medium category. There are differences in the level of career maturity, class XI students are in the low category at 45.65%, the status is still in the career treatment process and class XII is in the moderate category of career maturity at 42.68%, with the status of having completed the career treatment process, namely field work practice. The aspect with the highest score is in the aspect of career planning and the lowest aspect is in the aspect of knowledge about world of work information. The aspect of knowledge of the world of work information is the lowest aspect because the activities in this aspect have complex activities. There are different categories of career maturity levels based on gender, age and grade. A low level of career maturity has an unfavorable impact on the stages of individual career development. BK service programs that can be provided are group guidance and classical guidance with the theme "knowledge of the world of work information". Services can be provided with a variety of methods equipped with media that are in accordance with the needs of students.
