Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media berupa e-comic yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk bahan belajar peserta didik SD sebagai upaya penguatan karakter profil berkebinekaan global. Model interactive multimedia (IMM) oleh Rob Phillips terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu design, development, evaluation, dan implementation. Evaluasi produk melibatkan satu ahli materi dan satu ahli media dengan hasil layak digunakan. Implementasi dilakukan dengan skala sikap awal dan skala sikap akhir oleh 26 peserta didik kelas V sekolah dasar. Hasil skala sikap awal adalah 42,62 dan skala sikap akhir 48 dari skor maksimal 50. Peningkatan hasil skala sikap kebinekaan global didapatkan dari hasil uji normalitas gain (n-gain) dengan hasil 0,744 kategori tinggi atau sebesar 74,4% pada kategori cukup efektif. Berdasarkan proses dan prosedur pengembangan yang telah dilakukan, dapat dinyatakan bahwa media e-comic profil berkebinekaan global memiliki kualitas yang baik (layak) dan cukup efektif untuk digunakan sebagai penunjang dalam penguatan nilai karakter sikap kebinekaan global. ***** This development research aims to produce media in the form of e-comics that can be used as learning materials for elementary school students to strengthen the character profile of global diversity. The interactive multimedia (IMM) model by Rob Phillips consists of four stages, namely design, development, evaluation, and implementation. Product evaluation involves one material expert and one media expert with results worth using. The implementation was carried out with an initial attitude scale and a final attitude scale by 26 grade V elementary school students. The result of the initial attitude scale was 42.62 and the final attitude scale was 48 out of a maximum score of 50. The increase in the results of the global diversity attitude scale was obtained from the results of the normality gain (n-gain) test with results of 0.744 in the high category or 74.4% in the moderately effective category. Based on the development processes and procedures that have been carried out, it can be stated that the e-comic media profile of global diversity has good quality (decent) and is quite effective.
