Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi, kreativitas dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dosen kota Tangerang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan metode survei dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Sampelnya berjumlah 271 orang guru pada 5 kampus yang berada di pusat kota Tangerang. Pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling. Software yang digunakan adalah Amos. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja; 2) kreativitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja 3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja 4) kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kreativitas 5) kompensasi pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; 6) kompensasi berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja; 7) kreativitas berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja dapat dikembangkan dengan meningkatkan kompensasi, kreativitas dan kepuasan kerja. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, creativity and work satisfaction on job performance in lecturers of Tangerang city. The research was conducted using quantitative. The research data was obtained by survey method with a questionnaire instrument. The sample consisted of 271 lecturers at 5 campuses. Sampling was determined using simple random sampling.The research data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling approach. The software used is Amos. The results of the study showed that: 1)compensation has a positive significant effect on job performance; 2) creativity has a positive and significant effect on job performance ; 3)work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job performance; 4) compensation has a significant effect on creativity 5)compensation has a positive and significant effect on work satisfaction; 6)compensation has an indirect effect on job performance through work satisfaction; 7)creativity has an indirect effect on job perfromance through work satisfaction. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that job perfromance can be developed by increasing compensation, creativity and work satisfaction
