Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman praktik keterampilan mengajar dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat menjadi guru melalui mediasi efikasi diri pada mahasiswa kependidikan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta Angkatan 2019. Jenis pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian survei eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen penelitian dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa kependidikan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 162 mahasiswa yang diperoleh dengan rumus Slovin serta teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah proportional random sampling. Metode analisis yaitu analisis jalur dengan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman PKM berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi guru, lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi guru, pengalaman PKM berpengaruh positif terhadap efikasi diri, lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap efikasi diri, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi guru, efikasi diri dapat memediasi pengalaman PKM terhadap minat menjadi guru, dan efikasi diri tidak dapat memediasi pengalaman PKM terhadap minat menjadi guru. Kata kunci: pengalaman praktik keterampilan mengajar, lingkungan keluarga, efikasi diri, minat menjadi guru *** This study aims to determine the effect of teaching skill practices (PKM) experience and the family environment on the interest in becoming a teacher through mediation of self efficacy in education students at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta Class of 2019. The type of research is explanatory survey research with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through a research instrument using a questionnaire. The population in this study are educational students at the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University with a total sample of 162 students obtained by the Slovin formula and the sample technique used is proportional random sampling. The analysis method is path analysis with the SPSS 25 application. The results of the study show that PKM experience has a positive effect on interest in becoming a teacher, family environment has a positive effect on interest in becoming a teacher, PKM experience has a positive effect on self efficacy, family environment has a positive effect on self efficacy, self-efficacy has a positive effect on the interest in becoming a teacher, self-efficacy can mediate the PKM experience on the interest in becoming a teacher, and self-efficacy cannot mediate the PKM experience on the interest in becoming a teacher.
