Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan ayah terhadap kemampuan regulasi emosi pada individu dewasa awal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan 224 partisipan yang terdiri dari 158 perempuan dan 66 laki-laki. Nurturant Father Scale adalah alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur keterlibatan ayah. Selain itu, Emotion Questionnaire Regulation digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan untuk meregulasi emosi. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis manova. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh keterlibatan ayah terhadap regulasi emosi cognitive reappraisal dan regulasi emosi expressive suppresion. This study aims to find out the impact of father involvement on emotional regulation in early adult individuals. The study used quantitative methods, with 224 participants consisting of 158 females and 66 males. Nurturant Father Scale is a measure used to measure father involvement. In addition, the Emotion Questionnaire Regulation is used to measure the ability to regulate emotions. The hypothesis on this study uses manova analysis. The results of this study show no influence of father's involvement on cognitive reappraisal and emotional regulation of expressive suppression.
