Abstract

Kinerja UMKM perlu menjadi hal yang ditonjolkan oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Sebab UMKM merupakan salah satu unit usaha yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam menunjang pembangunan perekonomian negara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pengelolaan keuangan, kompetensi SDM, dan tingkat pendidikan pelaku UMKM terhadap kinerja UMKM itu sendiri. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Dimana data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner penelitian kepada responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Objek penelitian adalah UMKM di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pemilihan sampel penelitian sesuai kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Jumlah responden yang menjadi sampel penelitian berdasarkan rumus Slovin adalah 100 responden. Data penelitian yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui software statistik SPSS. Dengan hasil penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan dan kompetensi SDM berpengaruh dengan nilai signifikan dibawah 0,05 terhadap kinerja UMKM, sedangkan tingkat pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Because UMKM is a business unit that has an important role in supporting the development of the country's economy. This research was conducted with the aim of looking at the influence of financial management, HR competency and the educational level of MSME actors on the performance of MSMEs themselves. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with the data used is primary data. Where the research data was obtained through distributing research questionnaires to respondents who were the research samples. The object of research is SMEs in the Administrative City of North Jakarta and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Selection of research samples according to predetermined criteria. The number of respondents whose sample became the research based on the Slovin formula was 100 respondents. The research data that has been collected is then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS statistical software. The research results state that financial management and HR competency have a significant effect below 0.05 on the performance of MSMEs, while the level of education has no significant effect on the performance of MSMEs.
