Abstract
Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh antara Servant Leadership kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru SDN di Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada seluruh guru SDN di Kabupaten Lampung Utara Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 185 dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportional Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Servant Leadership berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi kerja guru; (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap pengembangan motivasi kerja guru; (3) Servant Leadership berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru; (4) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru; (5) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru; (6) Servant Leadership berpengaruh langsung terhadap lingkungan kerja. (7) Servant Leadership berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja guru. (8) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi kerja guru. Model hipotetik peningkatan kinerja guru SD Negeri diperngaruhi oleh Servant Leadership, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Kata Kunci: Servant Leadership, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, kinerja guru**************This study examines the effect of principal Servant Leadership, work motivation, and work environment on the performance of elementary school teachers in North Lampung District. This research was conducted on all elementary school teachers in North Lampung District, Indonesia using a survey method with path analysis applied in hypothesis testing. A total of 185 samples were selected using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling. The results of the study show that: (1) Servant Leadership has a direct effect on teachers' work motivation; (2) The work environment has a direct effect on the development of teacher work motivation; (3) Servant Leadership has a direct effect on teacher performance; (4) The work environment has a direct effect on teacher performance; (5) Work motivation has a direct effect on teacher performance; (6) Servant Leadership has a direct effect on the work environment. (7) Servant Leadership has an indirect effect on performance through the teacher's work motivation. (8) The work environment has an indirect effect on performance through the teacher's work motivation. The hypothetical model for improving the performance of public elementary school teachers is influenced by Servant Leadership, work motivation and work environment.
