Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model pemanasan berbasis permainan pada pembelajaran penjas kelas VI Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement dan Evaluate). peneliti melakukan uji kelayakan atau validasi kepada ahli bidang, yaitu dosen ahli permainan, dosen ahli Pendidikan jasmani dan guru Sekolah Dasar terkait. Terdapat 15 model pemanasan yang dibuat oleh peneliti untuk dilakukan uji coba kelayakan yaitu take ball dan move, bola apung, triangle basket, bola beracun, handball low throwing, kepiting kepotong, tumpuk marker, tekuk kaki (tendang, kuda kuda, kanan kiri), serang bela marker, balap zig-zag plank, bola tsunami, lompat harimau, estafet bola, mahkota puteri duyung, jepit bola. Hasil yang didapatkan dari uji validasi ketiga ahli terkait mengenai model pemanasan berbasis permainan berada pada kategori layak dan sudah dapat diterapkan. Implementasi yang dilakukan untuk melihat efektifitas model pemanasan berbasis permainan ini melibatkan siswa Sekolah Dasar SDN Jatinegara Kaum 07 pagi sebagai sampel uji coba. ***** This research aims to create a game-based warm-up model for physical education learning in grade VI elementary schools. This research was carried out using the research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) development model. To obtain a quality warm�up model, researchers conducted a feasibility or validation test with field experts, namely game expert lecturers, physical education expert lecturers and related elementary school teachers. There are 15 warm-up models created by researchers to carry out feasibility trials, namely take ball and move, floating ball, triangle basketball, poison ball, low throwing handball, cutting crab, marker stack, leg bend (kick, stance, right and left), attack marker defense, zig-zag plank racing, tsunami ball, tiger jump, ball relay, mermaid crown, ball pinch. The results obtained from the validation tests of the three relevant experts regarding the game-based warm�up model are in the feasible category and can be implemented. The implementation carried out to see the effectiveness of this game-based warm-up model involved elementary school students at SDN Jatinegara Kaum 07 Pagi as a trial sample.
