Abstract

Keberhasilan pemberian ASI eksklusif dipengaruhi oleh efikasi diri menyusui. Faktor yang mempengaruhi efikasi diri menyusui adalah dukungan sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan efikasi diri menyusui pada karyawan PT. Kaho Indah Citra Garment. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian korelasioanl. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling, menggunakan rumus slovin dengan taraf kesalahan 5% dan jumlah responden penelitian ini sebanyak 296 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2023 sampai Januari 2024, dengan teknik analisis data nonparametrik menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rank. Dalam hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan efikasi diri menyusui dalam menyusui secara eksklusif dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai koefesien korelasinya sebesar 0,733 yang artinya berkorelasi kuat dan memiliki arah hubungan yang positif. Semakin tinggi dukungan sosial yang diterima ibu menyusui maka makin tinggi pula efikasi diri menyusuinya. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan kuat antara dukungan sosial dengan efikasi diri menyusui pada karyawan PT. Kaho Indah Citra Garment. ***** The success of exclusive breastfeeding is influenced by breastfeeding self-efficacy. Factors that influence breastfeeding self-efficacy are social support. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between social support and breastfeeding self-efficacy among employees PT. Kaho Indah Citra Garment. This research design uses correlation research methods. Samples were taken using simple random sampling method, using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% and the number of respondents for this study was 296 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires online. This research was conducted from October 2023 to January 2024, with non-parametric data analysis techniques using the Spearman Rank correlation test. In the research results, it was found that there was a relationship between social support and breastfeeding self-efficacy in exclusive breastfeeding with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a correlation coefficient value of 0.733, which means that it is strongly correlated and has a positive direction of relationship. The higher the social support a breastfeeding mother receives, the higher her breastfeeding self-efficacy will be. So it can be concluded that there is a significant and strong relationship between social support and breastfeeding self-efficacy among employees PT. Kaho Indah Citra Garment.
