Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat pada program Bank Sampah di RW 03, Kelurahan Sukabumi Utara sebanyak 21 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu mengikuti model Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) dengan menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development. Pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi dan analisis melalui form dan angket yang disebarkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi berdasarkan uji ahli media yaitu mendapatkan persentase kualitas sebesar 98,4% dengan kriteria sangat baik, uji ahli materi mendapatkan persentase kualitas sebesar 99% dengan kriteria sangat baik, hasil pengguna mendapatkan persentase kualitas sebesar 92% dengan kriteria baik, sehingga dapat meningkatkan partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Program Bank Sampah di RW 03, Kelurahan Sukabumi Utara. Kesimpulannya bahwa video animasi yang dikembangkan sangat layak dan cocok sebagai bahan belajar pada sosialisasi Program Bank Sampah berikutnya. ***** This research aims to increase community participation in the Waste Bank program in RW 03, North Sukabumi District by 21 people. The research method used is following the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) model using a Research and Development approach. Sampling used random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using observation and analysis through distributed forms and questionnaires. The results of the research show that the development of animated video-based learning media based on media expert testing, namely getting a quality percentage of 98.4% with very good criteria, material expert testing getting a quality percentage of 99% with very good criteria, user results getting a quality percentage of 92% with good criteria, so that it can increase community participation in the Waste Bank Program in RW 03, North Sukabumi District. The conclusion is that the animated video developed is very feasible and suitable as learning material for the next socialization of the Waste Bank Program.
